I took my son here on a sunday, machines seemed like they worked but when you went to get bonuses they wouldn't give you coins or it didnt give you the amount of points you were supposed to get. Both photo booths were broken. When we went to cash in our tickets the lady said the manager sent everyone else home but her and 3 other employees, she had a long line to help get checked in and then a long line formed to cash in tickets, it wasnt fair to make her go thru that and make customers wait because the boss wants to save a few dollars paying an employee. My son was excited to meet Chuck E but because they were short staffed no one was there to be him till am hour after we were leaving. He was so sad about not seeing Chuck E. The employees were really nice the whole time. The place was really clean too. Just wish the games gave you the coins and tickets when you were supposed to get them.
This was for my 39th birthday!! My One & only daughter, who is 4 yrs. Old , decided that's where Mommy wanted to go for her bday dinner & fun! Lol!! And we did just that!! Can't wait to go back!! She talks about going back there all the time now! ?? Chucky Cheese's/ Kent,Wa ( I remember going there to celebrate my bday when I was my daughter's age (4/5?) Never gets old!!????? ??
I can’t believe what a horrible experience we got from this place on Saturday the 05/09 we got there order the food everything was good until a party of people were fighting like animals so no security no body will do anything until for about 15 minutes until cops arrived with big rifles very scary for my kids just avoid this place because there is no security at all.
Great place for little kids. Pizza, and salad bar. Pizza was surprisingly good!
Machines were mostly good but a few of them need maintenance as they ate our money. CEC comes out and dances every hour on the thirty... But dance is very shortThe link doesn't seem to work, but if you were wondering, it is the older age games in the upstairs section that need maintenance.
It was my first time visiting the salon and celebrating my son's birthday. I loved all the waiters too friendly and ready for what we needed, our guests left very happy.

Y'all go see the party manager he is the best and that is the nicest staff members cleanest Chuck-E-Cheese that I've been to in a long time that one in Lynnwood is too small and it's wack and nobody is helpful and they got attitude up there you need to go to this one right here. It's bigger it's better and your kids will have a good time and you will have time to relax to. I give them two hands down how you doing
