They put extra care into packing the food and making sure we knew which drink was diet and which wasn't. The food tasted good, including a perfect amount of salt on the French fries.
I ordered my fave, the rodeo burger and was offered cheese which I accepted. All I can say is, blecha?? I much prefer it without. The chocolate chip cookies were overbaked and crunchy ? but my vanilla shake was good ?
Sad when it says dine in and it’s locked. I did the pre order on line and still had to wait behind 7 cars in the drive through.
Burger King off of 84th and Central in Kent wa,Food Is so horrible ? waste of money was very disappointed , the kids hated it, threw it all in the trash and the SERVICE boy oh boy sooooooo dang rude
2/4/22 sat in line for 18 minutes. Ordered a shake for a friend who is sitting with a loved one on hospice. Was told shake their shake mixer was not working. Said they should put up a sign or something and was rudely laughed at. Asked if I could order just a cone? (They said the mixer, not the ice cream machine was down) Was told yes. Proceeded to wait another 11 minutes to the window. Get there, she takes my card, then hands it back, then walks off….so I’m waiting, waiting, waiting. Girl comes back and says ice cream machine is not working. The “manager” who was the rude voice who laughed at me says “she gave your card back obviously she didn’t charge you”….WAIT WHAT? So don’t they give my card back in every transaction? How am I to know I wasn’t charged? JUST PLAIN RIDE!!!!! I will never be back to this BK.
The staff doesn't seem to care. They made three mistakes with one simple order, also got a soda with no flavor because they dont change the syrup.
The option of Drive-Thru isn't listed below. However, I ordered 2 - 2 for $10s and the young man taking the order was very clear-spoken and very helpful with optimizing the order. We got everything correct and it was all freshly made. My wait was longer than expected but the freshly prepared meals made up for it. His assistance expanded the slogan, "Have it Your Way".Nicely done young man! Thank you!
Ordered online and got 2 whoppers and a fish sandwich with fries and nuggets. They forgot to give me my fish sandwich and had to call to get a refund that im not sure will even go through. Other than that food was actually freshly fried.
I would say this store is the most consistent fast food location for quality of product. Burgers are well made and fries are good.
Waited a VERY long time to get my food. Just to recieve cold burnt burgers and cold fries.
