Couldn't break a hundred, bad attitude from everyone, and blasting the TV in the lobby.Unpleasant start to finish. It's like they are trying to make it as bad experience as possible so they don't get customers.The manager in charge was acting like she hates her job and wants everyone to know.It's no wonder they are short staffed(or whatever the excuse) I wouldn't want to work in that environment either.
I don’t normally post reviews but this happens ALOT. Don’t go to this location it says they close at 11pm today, I go there at 7pm and the drive thru is blocked off and so is the doors to go inside, this is ridiculous. This is also a recurring thing for this location. They always say their closed - if you’re closed, why are you hiding inside the building with the lights off, I can see you guys especially since it’s daylight out - just clock out !!! You’re getting paid to just sit there on your phone. Save time and go to another burger king or other places around this location, nothing but lazy people on the clock who don’t want to work and complain about their jobs when they can get another one.
I Just left from this Burger King and a older Hispanic lady working the window repeatedly asked me if my hair was real and proceeded to say “are you sure” very rude and unprofessional then called over the other employees to come look at my hair as if I’m some type of zoo animal. This may seem innocent but as a black woman I find it very disrespectful!.
There has been a Latino woman who has been so rude to me and my family. This morning Saturday April 2nd at the drive thru again she was very loud and stressed out looking and felt that she had the OK to talk to us as she always does very loud and rude. That's not Customer Service it's VERBAL ABUSE. We understand there may be bad days but this lady stays in bad days heat without giving it a break. So Sad we have to experience this as well as our other church members. Er decided to pray for her as she is clearly not a happy woman and may not recognize it's fully showing aggressively towards Burger King Customers. So Sad ?. I no longer can subject my family towards this behavior it's wrong in all aspects.
False advertising. Posted deal not honored. Rude treatment from staff when I removed their False Ad. No Receipt at the Drive up. Tho they honored my coupon.
The way they treat you is horrible. They are so rude when ordering food and approaching the drive through window! We asked for are sandwich’s to be cut in half and they told us they did not have a knife and they would give us one to cut it in our car which was said very rudely. When asking to speak with a manager she was arguing telling me there is no manager on duty. I said that I would call Corporate and she again very rudely said go ahead call Corporate. With that being said we left upset and and still hungry. There was also a guy who took the order he was the one to start all of this, he was the one who said to cut the sandwich in our car and decided to walk away from us. We did call Corporate.
Well I decided I wanted a BK burger and have been craving one for about a week now. It shows that the closest one to me is closed at 6pm every day for whatever reason, but then shows the next nearest one, this one, is open until 11PM. As I write this, right now, it's only nine forty pm and it shows that this location is open, so I drove all the way over there to find it's dark inside, empty parking lot, and most certainly not open.I don't appreciate being tricked into thinking a place is open when it isn't, and the gas and time wasted driving out of my way just to find that out.
Service is slow, but the crew does a great job providing hot food, and my favorite sugar-free drink.
It took a long time in the drive thru line. They also forgot our Hershey Pie. I went back the next day and told the gentleman that I had order a Hershey pie and the guy from the night before forgot my pie.All he had to say was I will make sure it gets in the bag this time and he still charged me for the pie. In stead of arguing with him I paid for it and left. When he should have gave it to me for free since they for got my pie the night before. But overall the food was fresh and hot. The onion rings were fresh they just forgot my Hershey pie. And they took a long time in the Drive-Thru so I gave them at 3. Make sure you check your bags before leaving the drive thru.
If I could give this location a 0 Stars it would not be low enough. To save time and surprise my team with breakfast I ordered online today. The location hours published on their website state hours 6AM to 10PM. When I arrived a 745 to pick up my prepaid order the location was not open despite posted hours. Plan B, went to Mc's next door.I called the location to see about a refund for prepaid order and the woman who answered was extremely bothered and hostile to me. Said she has nothing to do with anything and yelled at me not to take it out on her hung up. When I tried calling back the call was answered and hung up. I contacted the customer relations to a unconcerned apathetic voice. I will probably end up having to dispute the charge as I have little confidence I will be contacted.
