I ordered the salmon teriyaki and asked for steamed vegetables for my side. I expected broccoli and cauliflower. I got hot lettuce. Who steams bagged salad mix?

My first time visit here. Impressive. They were quick, very service oriented, and quite personal. I realize we are in a pandemic, but if you are "standoffish", that is a major pet peeve of mine. And I won't be back no natter how good your food is. But this establishment, I will be back ☺️
I use to come here alot when I was a kid. I was excited to get here but couldn't wait to leave. I told the lady my order I said I wanted meatball pho 3 times and she didn't put it on my order. I waited 10 extra mins for mushy noodles eww. Maybe it was a bad day, greatly disappointed.
We have been to this place more than 20 times and have always had a stamp card. We brought in our card with paying for 1 meal with intentions of getting our free chicken teriyaki. She took our stamp card and didn’t give us our meal for free she only took 5 off and said because food costs went up we cannot do. We said so your not going to honor your original promotion!? She said no food cost went up. As a business owner I would never ever do that! You honor the coupon and say here is our new coupon with 5$ off. We will never go back there again!!!
There is a reason why this place has great reviews. Great customer service, food, and prices. Definitely worth a visit 10/10

Awesome, Amazing. I just keep it simple get #1 Chicken Teriyake. Huge portion of delicious chicken and white rice and a lettuce salad. Made when u order; did I mention how BiG the portion is? ??????SIX STARS!!!
The bento box was very good. Teriyaki chicken was good.
