I hadn't been here for 5 years or more. The last time I was here I remember it being a good experience and good food. This time it was very different. The first thing I noticed was the sticky floors. Then I noticed that none of the tables were clean. A key was needed for the restroom, which had more than one stall, but only one key was available for both mens and womens restrooms. The restroom was dingy, not well maintained and smelly. On that note my husband mentioned that the restaurant smelled funny too. The cashier did not put utensils on our plates, she said she had then got snotty when I asked for forks. Pretty much any request was met with attitude from her. Lastly, the food for 3 people was over $50 including 3 regular soft drinks AND the food was not good. Barely edible.
The cashier was very arrogant and not at all friendly. She did not take the order properly. It was too much work for her when i asked for an extra spoon for my daughter.The food used to good at this place, but now it was not good at all. Used to be my go to restaurant in Renton but not coming back anymore due to the bad food experience and bad cashier experience.
the kids taquitos were good but the cashier had an attitude and when she got another customer's order wrong she blamed it on the cook and got into an arguement, she kept mumbling things under her breath when my mom was ordering too, plus, she didn't even get our whole order right! we expect better customer service if you want us to come back again!!

Hello , i hate doing bad feedback but you guys need to know.Im a regular client , my wife and i went to this baja location , we were in front of the cashier waiting for her to ask us , but nothing , It was a very awkward moment , the cashier was folding a towel in front of us , we though she was waiting for someone ( maybe training ) after more waiting my wife asked if anyone was going to take our order , and the cashier was so rude and respond im the only one here taking orders in a very bad matters.After we left i called the store to asked for a manager and she pick up the phone and hung up on me, WOWWAKE UP baja i know there is a Shortage of people but hiring someone like this really hurts your Business ,not coming back ever again , we all have Enough problems in our lifes do deal with more.
The food was not that good it was cold I ate burrito último not warm. My wife had 2 shrimp tacos nit the best. The gentleman that help us at register was nice. But the environment was bit sad not to exciting for thr staff to be working and bathrooms needed key for use. Price we paid not worth $50...... hope this helps the workersNacho cheese and chips was the best part.Yelling food is ready for each customer was not professional and could use better approachIf you read past reviews they had great reviews last 2-3 years what changed?
My food was good however my parents had an issue with theirs. The cashier got it wrong and didn't add sour cream. She then said sour cream is almost $5 each! Which is ridiculous! One other person came in and kept repeating she wanted to order and the cashier obviously wasn't hearing her or something. Then another person came in and stood and waiting for her and the cashier asked if he had been helped. He then ordered and got his food and left. I don't blame him I would to. Definitely won't be coming back. Taco Bell has better service than this place and this cashier is lost in a daydream or space somewhere. Skip this place if you can its overly expensive and ridiculous! Also the cashier does not know what they are doing!
Too expensive for Average American-Mexican style food. 2nd time going in and the lady who prepared my order claimed to forget my bowl in my order. She did however notice that i tipped below average...Better off with Taco Time at half the price.
I ordered a Baja Bowl 10.99. once i added kale gauc and ranch it wasl a 20$ meal! I was even charged a togo fee?? My meal was so tiny! I had like 3 pieces of kale a teaspoon of quac and NO RANCH! (1.99) EXTRA I paid for ranch! I then ask for a fork and the woman was so rude! She act like I was inconveniencing her side conversation? (So much for paying 1.50 togo service fee.) I guess togo only incudes a huge over sided paper bag for my tiny salad, and not a fork or napkin?I get to the car n try my salad! Not to fresh. "Baja fresh?" I work nearby so I was hoping this would be a decent place to eat. I would have been back. But nope... Lost my buisness
16 dollars for a burrito and drink.The burrito was absolutely horrible.No flavor at all. It was all rice and beans.So many better options don't waste you money here.
