Everyone at this location should be fired. I live in Covington and have come here multiple times after work for dinner and have been told repeatedly the system is down, tonight a lady with attitude told me the same thing and said we close at 7pm and did not want to take my order and not sure when it will be fixed, I went to jack in the box. If you don't want to work get another job!! I love Arby's but the customer service lately is terrible!!...if Arby's keeps treating customers like this they will not be around much longer.
Food quality is OK. Thru the window I've had mulitple occasions where there were missing items ot stuff not made to order. Still, it's the closest Arby's to me and I when I am jonesing for a roast beef sandwich, I'll go back. Just be clear at the mic and ask the employee to repeat your order, then take a moment to check the bag when it's handed to you, even if the car behind you honks.
What the heck is with the VERY short hours and a closed lobby? No wonder business is bad. No one wants to come here.
Doesn't open on time and the drive thru line is very slow considering they still won't let you dine inside.
Good stuff. I asked for no cheese, and they did not put cheese. Thank you sandwich maker who saved the cheese for someone who can metabolise lactose.
The posted hours on Google are false. This location closes promptly at 7pm. How do I know? I waited in line in the drive thru for 20 minutes just to reach the ordering podium at 7pm to be greeted but a overly cheerful recording Of "We are currently closed, But come back during our regular hours, Thank you!" or something close to it. Thank you Arby's for wasting 20 minutes of my time and posting incorrect times.
Arby's has been dying since the pandemic with drive through lines that take so long you think one guy is taking order cooking the food and serving it up but they didn't have any cheddar for the only reason people go beef an cheddar smh shame
The last four times I have ordered BLTs with one toasted and one not toasted and even when specifically asking that they make sure, they don’t toast one of them. The last time, they even put a “special” sticker on one and I was told at the window that that was the untoasted sandwich. Neither was toasted. We really like these sandwiches but come on!!
Waited 20 min in drive thru. Asked for no onions. Twice n got them anyway. 2 sandwiches n small fry. More than 13 bucks. What ever. And. AND.....out of Beef. Lol ? uhhhgggff.
Expensive, expect to pay $14-18 for a meal. Discontinued the potato cakes, my favorite there. Best mozzarella cheese sticks outside of Denny's.
