Seemingly short staffed. Going into the establishment we were not acknowledged/greeted and did not have our order taken for upwards of 8 minutes. When our food was ready, our number wasn't called/we weren't made aware so it sat on the counter for a while. I also wish they would have included sauce with our mozzarella sticks but maybe we had to ask for it (normally I go through the Arby's drive thru so I don't know if their practices are different). The food we got was good and I appreciate the staff for working, but I'm not sure if I would go back to this location unless I was going through the drive thru, it seems like those orders are heavily prioritized over indoor orders.
I've been to this Arby's 3 separate times as I work nearby and some coworkers enjoys Arby's, but this Arby's has been horrible each and every time I've gone. They are rude over the drive through speaker today which was inappropriate, they were slow as all get out, was in the line of 2 people (I'm far number 3) and it took over 30 minutes. They were out of beef which was kind of funny and I know that isn't always the fault of the employees but I'm guess with how badly run this place was the manager or whoever is in charge of keeping the place stocked up just failed lol.Don't do to this Arby's, they in fact do not have the meats.
Had the French Dip with Swiss cheese!It's been perfect most every time.But once l got served a French Dip without Swiss cheese!, how that happened l don't know. The thing that made it worst was that l didn't realize they didn't add the cheeze until l was home.My fault for not checking to make sure the order was right and it hasn't happened again or since that 1 time...
Nice and convenient location. I just wish the dining room was open. Not to worry, they have a large parking lot, and you can eat in the parking lot.
1st time having Arby's and it will not be the last. Roast beef sandwiches are tasty. The chicken bacon melt sandwiches are also tasty. The mozzarella sticks and sauce are better than any other fast food I've tried. The jalapeno poppers were also delicious.In very much suggest you try Arby's
Wish I knew the name of the young man working in the drive though. He was so respectful and when I asked for a weird request he did it with no problems. Haven’t tried the food yet but I’ll be returning just because of the service!
Please, understand this 5 star review is specifically because of their new hot honey boneless wings. The sauce they use is different from typical fast food blends that I usually don't like, think spicy nuggets at BK, McDonald's, etc. But the sweet heat on these wings was delicious to me and they were always crispy every time I went back for more.
If I wanted chicken strips for food I would have ordered that , not a chicken strip sandwich. The picture of the cheddar ranch chicken sandwich is a chicken patty with a melted peace of of cheddar. This was just a extremely lazy put together sandwich that fell apart the second I picked it up . The cheddar was as cold as it was out of the refrigerator. I wouldn't even said anything if I didn't sit there for 20 minutes waiting for food that was cold if my fries were hot it wouldn't been a problem but the whole meal was cold all the way down to the fries. So what were you people doing for 20 minutes with my meal . Maybe drug test this location since they are not functioning properly as fast food workers. I don't want free food I just want the food I pay for made correctly and at least warm and not cold .
This is the worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to. I went through the drive through & they gave my food to someone in front of me. Then told me they weren’t going to remake my food even though I paid for it and had the receipt so obviously it was MY food. The woman at the window yelled at me in Spanish continuously after I told her I didn’t speak Spanish. Then she switched to English and continued to yell and told me they wouldn’t remake my food or give a refund. Finally they chose to remake it but still told me somehow it was MY fault that THEY gave my order to someone else. I will NEVER come back here. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.
I love Arby's chicken nuggets and they have a good variety of choices on their menu. The service is good. Too.
