I sent my boyfriend there to get my single fish & chips well done, the same thing I have been getting literally since I was a kid, we only live about 8 minutes away from the restaurant, the food got done quick & he came back home and this is what my food looked like, nothing was well done & my fish was falling apart and dripping with either oil or fish juice . I called and explained to them what happened & that I’m pregnant and I can’t eat the fish like that, the guy offered to fix the food in a very unapologetic and rude tone and never apologized for it at all, like I said before I have been coming to this zips for a very long time and this will be my last time .
Just came out of there, Boyfriend spent $30 in there. We bought a large tater tot, looked a like a small, 2 papa Joe's, bottom buns were hard, very messy put together. My Boyfriend went up to the front and asked for them to remake one of the burgers and the large tot that we paid for. The 2 cooks and other lady were hiding in the back. The cashier guy remade the food and Apologized.Will not be back
Everything was good until I found a hair in my burger. They offered to fix it but their employees in the kitchen really need to wear hair and beard nets.... that's just gross ?
just waited 35 minutes for Luke warm burger. Tainted tasting tots and 2 ok milkshakes. Been a zips fan since the 80's. Never again..
I miss Bob!!! He was the best.My food since he sold is all over the place. Half the time my burger is over cooked, and the corn dogs are raw!
It truly is sad what has happened under new Management. It clear the Manager is in over her head and has no idea how to run the business or treat employees. As is, the restaurant is coasting along based off of tradition and it's name, but if something doesn't change that won't last much longer.
A little expensive but pretty satisfying overall!
Zips has a great burger and fry sauce!
Lady at the drive threw window was extremely rude an pushy... fries were stale..place is over priced.
