At drive through I was asked to pull forward while potatos finished cooking. Waited 5 min. Heard another customer told "potatos are fresh. Be careful". And there I sit. WIting for potatos. My food getting colder.2 or 3 min later I go in the store.Worst service I have ever seen. Employees on phones, no one watching the front counter.
We were in town picking up a tux for PROM. We decided to order dinner through the app and pick it up through the drive-thru and continue home, which is an hour and a half away. Ordered and headed to the drive-thru. Where they informed us we had to come inside to pick up orders from the app. Orders were not right and the Lemonade was super sweet. I didn't drink mine after 2 sips. Hopefully something changes.
I adore this location. I work really close, and typically drive here for my lunch. Every single person I’ve talked to that works here has been so kind and has incredible customer service!! Two employees that really made my day are Samantha and Sabrina. Thank you all for your hard work ❤️❤️
I thought it was gonna take awhile before we get up to order cause there was a long line in the drive thru. To my surprise I was way off and the long line just kept moving at a pace and the we were able to order at the speaker. The service was very good and the food came out hot as well. So if your ever in Kennewick and you need or just want some god fast food then this is a good place to come. The worst thing is it's the only one Wendy's and it's all the way across town on canal street. It's the same parking lot as hobby lobby is. Hungry for a quick bite to eat then drive over by hobby lobby on canal. You'll like it and the price isn't that bad at all.
Great burgers! Once we got to order it all went smooth. My husband luuuuvs your chocolate frosties. That's what he wanted when he got out of the dental office lol!!
Can be hit or miss with how quickly they move. Overall the staff is nice and the food is fresh.
It's a good place to eat. The employees are great and every time I come in they smile and welcome me.
Ordered a burger, fries and sweet tea. Paid $1 to add two pieces of bacon and drove down the road about a mile, to eat it.No bacon and the fries were barely warm.
Took forever to get order and when watching through drive through window they were more concerned with talking to each other instead of helping the customer. We ordered 1 #2 large and one additional sandwich. We received 2 sandwiches, a large drink and a small fry.
Wendy's has good fries and a good choice of salads. Normal fast food. Better quality than McDonald's though.
