Great food. Great service. And a great atmosphere.The Mahi Mahi Tacos were delicious, and I’d highly recommend the Huckleberry Mule.
Excellent service, the waitress was knowledgeable, fun and made a connection with out party, food good, note my steak was large perfect medium rare on one side and blue rare the other, perfect for leftovers, Mas delish, broccoli cheese jalepeno (maybe with bacon) was Excellent, salmon good, Moroccan beef app so good with gorgonzola sauce, chicken bacon avocado sandwich so good and insalada a favorite. Cocktails are very good too. It's worth the cost.
Andi served our table of 4 for a birthday celebration. Her service was spot on with a friendly disposition. Madi served our drinks and we enjoyed her bubbly personality. Great experience with the staff and our meals were cooked to perfection. Will return soon!
Great food. Great drinks. And the atmosphere was memorable. My husband and I were sat in a cozy row of booths separated by glass right in front of the fire pit, which we thought was pretty neat. Food is a little pricey but totally understandable given the setting. Worth it.
Twigs is a really convenient option if you live near the Mall. The food is consistently good and the menu is updated regularly. The dining room has an open fireplace which creates a great mood for dates, especially on chilly nights. The bar is less intimate and usually has sports playing on multiple televisions. They have plant based and gluten-free options to accommodate special diets.I highly recommend their flatbread/pizza/pasta (and the Pork Osso Bucco if it's on the menu). We prefer the French 75 and bourbon based cocktails.Twigs won't disappoint if you're celebrating a 21st birthday, plus they have a private room for reservations.
I had the orange chicken salad and my husband had the Under the Sun pizza. Both were incredibly delicious! We did take out so I was also very impressed with the packaging. My chicken was in a separate container from the salad and was still toasty warm when we got home, but because the salad was packaged separately, no wilted greens! Wish I had thought to get pictures but we devoured it all too quickly! Yum!

My favorite place to eat in TriCities! The food is good, the dessert is better! Been a customer since they opened. The waitresses and waiters are becoming like family. My favorite thing about Twigs in kennewick is the atmosphere. Its so relaxing and cozy. My only complaint would be the Halloween decor. It was gross and unattractive while eating. Who wants to have framed pictures of possessed women (or child) with blood and gore looking at you. That was a HUGE disappointment. And this was the first year (2021) we have seen such displays. Gory pictures, creepy porcelain dolls etc. We weren't looking for a haunted place to eat. We just like the same cozy Twigs it always has been! Ok. Done. Enjoy!
I've never had a bad meal there and service is almost always terrific. Our server this time around asked us if our steaks were cooked how we want it, which would be fine, had we not JUST gotten the food. Like, she stood there, waiting expectantly for us to cut the steak to check. Neither my husband nor I wanted to cut into our steaks yet. It was awkward and a first for us. Other than that oddity, everything else was perfect.
Great spot just to eat something delicious and have a couple of drinks.
