The food here is awesome! The staff are friendly but service is hit and miss due to what seems to be short staffing. Sometimes just being greeted after being sat can take upwards of 10 minutes. Other times everything is super quick. Would be 3 stars if the food wasn’t so good.
Sushi was good, server was nice, but it took them almost 30min to make our sushi plates. It was Saturday around noon, but there was only one customer at the bar, a group of 3 people leaving, so we didn't understand why it took so long.Then we reordered more sushi combo, and it took another 30min for them to serve us! This time our server explained and apologized that sushi chefs were funneling(smoking) and so the order she put didn't go through.....When we left the restaurant, we saw 4-5 guys(dressed up as chefs) smoking right outside of the restaurant's bench. Smoking during business hours?? We would not recommend this restaurant.
First time here. Tried the beef fried rice- 17$. Didn't seemed fried. Flavor was ok. Had plenty of eggs with each bite. The price is not worth the quality provided.
Went here with family & a few of my teens friends. The restaurant was dark & intimate, but plenty of seating. Maybe we just didn't order the right things on the menu. I like my regular sushi restaurant better than this place.
My son loves the Cali rolls. Unfortunately, the sushi chefs have been struggling lately and they are usually rolling with just one. Took 30+ min for 2x California rolls and an order of Nigiri. Hopefully better next time. Usually is.
Good fresh food, nice selection, quick service. Salmon was tender, moist and cooked just right!
Our soups were delicious & huge. Fried rice really good, but, shrimp was undercooked & mushy! I KNOW MY SHRIMP, so don't try & tell me, it's because, they are steamed they are softer. Our waitress probably didn't understand that I'm a cook, & I KNOW WHEN SHRIMP ARE UNDERCOOKED, & I DIDN'T LEARN ANYTHING NEW, as she claimed, twice, "we all learned something new tonight," (meaning they are steamed so they are safe & not undercooked) ...NOPE! Just because you steam them, doesn't mean they are safe. But, upon returning them to the kitchen, they came back just perfect. Mongolian beef very good, some of the noodles underneath were hard as rocks-? Water tasted horrible, there was a piece of onion in my husband's coke, & I never got my chives for my soup, but, I would eat here again, after I checked to make sure proteins were fully cooked. Eat w/caution.
This place has amazing service and food. They even mailed me my purse and wallet after I left it there and discovered this driving back to Portland! We loved the experience and if we are even in Kennewick Washington again we will return!
I decided to give this place a try because it was just happened to be closer than the one I usually go to. I can't say that this was very good it has some interesting texture and flavor. The avocado in the roll was very hard like it had not ripened so it wasn't very good. The price was really high for what you were getting so the small box is like $11 for that. It's $12 for the other roll. I had it avocado roll that I already ate and that was pretty fresh tasting it was good that's why I gave it a three-star but these other two rolls aren't worth even maybe two.
Great food. Server was nice, but our food came out one plate at a time. By the time my dinner was served most of my family was done eating. We pretty much got ignored.
