Prices are high, but the food is amazing. Literally bought 3lbs of crab and just ate all of it at home. Incredible.
It was great. Not overcooked and perfectly seasoned (Crazy feast for one).
Im a Real Estate Agent from Louisiana. I grew up on some good seafood and cajun seasoning. This place does and amazing job. Large portion sizes and great taste. Friendly staff and quick service.
My nephew and I love to go here for meal....I do bring my own lime squeezer
Overated I'm from Texas where we get fresh crawfish the crawfish I had was frozen tasted rubbery. The oysters as well were rubbery and had a freezer burn taste to it. I almost threw up eating it. Bad thing I ordered 7lbs throwing away most of it at 16.00 a lb. Worst place in my life where I've eaten seafood I was better off going to taco bell that was my first choice but ended up going to Crazy Crab. Never again
Food is somewhat decent. And I mean that - decent. You could cook the same at home for much cheaper, even if you were a poor chef.It is ridiculously overpriced.I have no idea why it has a mere SS listing here, lol, more like $$$$.You'll pay $40+ for a lobster tail that would cost you $10 at the supermarket.Staff is rude.I would never return, and regret ever coming here.I highly recommend against this place.
The flavor was ok or at least pretty decent. The muscles and clams were pretty good... got a sample of the shrimp soup which was obviously cooking all day because the shrimp inside it was mush... that wasn't a big deal and it free. The real sad part about this is that this is a crab place and all of the crab we were served was over cooked. We got the meal for 2 and the only thing that wasn't overcooked was the potatoes... literally the only thing that might be acceptable if it's overcooked... not sure how you can overcook corn, shrimp, crab and rice all at the same time.Over cooking shell fish turns them mushy and that's exactly what happened. I have only been one time and I can't say I would go again unless something changes. The prices are really high and they would only be acceptable if they could properly prepare it instead of just leaving them in a boiling pot all day until someone orders it. It's possible we just got a bad batch but it seems unlikely. My guess is that it's more convenient for the cooks to keep everything precooked and in boiling water until someone orders itI think they get good ratings because they have a full bar and people spend less time thinking about the food and more time drinking.I really like seafood and I would hate to see another seafood restaurant lose business in this town and it would be very disappointing for everyone else who likes seafood. If you want to sell food at those prices the very least you could do is cook it properly. I understand this place is busy and that it probably takes a long time to prepare, but if I'm gonna pay extra money to eat a small portion of food then it better be worth it.I would rather sit at the table for 2 hours and get properly cooked shellfish than get my food in 10 minutes but somehow it's insanely overcooked.Don't charge extra for the food if you can't even cook it right...
Food was mushy and over cooked. Friendly staff but slow serve.
We had the jumbo shrimp, tempura shrimp, and grilled shrimp. Everything was great. We also had a side of potatoes. They were boring and flavorless. The floor under our table was so sticky it almost pulled my shoe off. Our server, Moises was helpful and great!
This is the only decent restaurant in Tri cities that offer this type of food so I often order food from here. This is the first time the food was very bad quality, and I don’t know if it was safe to eat. I ordered from Uber, and they refunded me so thanks them for that. I called the restaurant to let them know, but I didn’t hear an apology so I don’t know if they take this seriously. I hope I don’t get sick and hope they make sure the food is fresh.
