It’s great food, good customer service.
Went on a double date and the guys ordered steaks. My husbands steak was not cooked medium rare like he ordered it. It came back fully cooked and hard. We told the waitress and she said ya we are getting a lot of that when people order their steaks not fully cooked. My brother in-law also got his steak fully cooked and it was super salty. When the manager came back she stood there like a warden to see if it was to his liking, she should have been standing over the cook! (it still wasn’t done right but he ate it because we all had already been eating our food) and when my brother in law told her about his steak she stood there and argued and said well the baked potato is super salty and right next to your steak and the sauce on the steak is salty after he had explained he had gotten that meal several times and it was never like that. The fries that my husband got were also disgusting! Very disappointed in the quality of food! Save yourself a trip and cook at home instead!
It was the worse service I’ve ever had. My food was cold, couldn’t get rolls, never got our appetizers and just a horrible experience. I will not be returning and I will let my friends and family know how horrible it was. Called to speak with a manager and was hung up on. Not very good customer service in my opinion, and I’ve worked in customer service since I was 15 years old.
Food was awesome, drink wasn't the same as the first watermelon margarita that I had last year, but still tasted good. Our server...nice and quick, however not the best listener, but he was quick to fix the issue, and with a smile ?This was my Mother's Day dinner, a day after, and I really enjoyed myself. Really wish that they offered outside seating for service...it's rare that the wind isn't blowing here, and today it wasn't, so outside service would have been awesome...Otherwise, good food, good company, and good drinks, and good service.
This was my first time trying Texas Roadhouse. I got a gift card as a bday present and happened to be in Kenn so I got an order Togo. I wasn't expecting much to be honest and I was pleasantly surprised. With the prices of everything now I didn't think I would be able to get a steak dinner with my card and still leave a good tip. I got the 8oz sirloin, mashed potatoes and the corn. It came to $19 and change so the Togo server got a good tip. My personal opinion is that steaks never travel well. They tend to cook more during the trip back and get tough. When I got home the steak was still a perfect med rare and tender as all get out. The buttered corn was delicious. I gave the mashed potatoes to my mom who just had gum surgery and can't eat solid foods. She said they were some of the best she's ever had and the portion was enough for her whole lunch! The big surprise when I got home was finding 4 rolls with my order. Had no idea I was getting these. Soft, moist and scrumptious!. Over all this is the first time in over a decade where I really felt like I got a good value for my money and the food and service were exceptional. I will definitely be back!
Went for my birthday dinner. Was really looking forward to the rolls and honey butter. Used the app to join the wait list, which I highly recommend. Appetizers came out pretty fast. Wish I had received my rolls a little sooner than what I waited for, but our waitress made sure someone brought some more to us. Food was OK, weirdly enough the next day it wasn't close to the same tasting as when we went.
No major complaints. Went on a Saturday night and used the app to get on the wait list. I highly recommend doing this, especially on a Saturday night which is generally going to be bus. Three of us dined and we ordered drinks all had ribeyes. Two of us ordered medium rare and one medium. Drinks were a bit slow but it was quite busy so this is understood and it wasn't a deal breaker. All steaks perfectly done as ordered. I had the first bite of my steak and it was seasoned with more salt than I care for. I asked the others if their steaks were over salted and they said they agreed they were a bit too salty. Everything else was great ? service, friendliness, cleanliness.
Update: today I ordered the prime rib. It was honestly so tender and flavorful. I might have to that again. I got a potato with it and it was good with the sauteed mushrooms. Great Food! Ribs are the best! Service is the best! I don't think you can go wrong with any food you buy at this place. The prices are reasonable. I have tried the shrimp here it's very good the steaks are very tender. It can get a very loud with the music playing in the background. Sometimes there's a wait that they're busy times but it's worth it.
Food is always very good. Service really varies on the server you get, quite honestly prefer the bar seats as the servers can't elude you. Last meal eaten there presented each item on its own dish, an attempt to make the portions look bigger? The portions are good regardless.
Tradition to come every Valentine’s Day. This year in a different Texas Roadhouse location. No waiting area, wait in your car. We called ahead for a party of 7 and got in 2 hours and 45 minutes later…. Food was and is always delicious. The rolls are the best!!!
