3/15/22 at late pm hours- was the best service I have ever had in sandwich making-give PA sandwich artist a raise!
Great bread, fresh produce… Subway doesn’t disappoint as usual! Staff was pleasant and efficient.
Normally I really like this place probably one of the best subways around but their employee JESS I asked for turkey bacon wrap, she pulled out 3 maybe four slices and two bacons then I asked for the whole things to be heated so she’s about to do it when I remind her I still want cheese, she then grabs 2 slices doesn’t even separate them and just puts them on top of everything, I ask her for my veggies after it’s “done” it literally looks like a tooth pick how thin it is no effort or anything. I mean I get it we all have bad days at work but really? I then tell her I didn’t want it anymore and she just says ok bye. I just hope someone sees this and tells her something. not even looking for anything further.
Why do I love subway so freaking much lol
My mom and I stopped in to get sandwiches. It was lunch time, and we were the only ones there. I would've thought the guy up front would say welcome to subway. And the woman that came from the back was equally as unwelcoming as the 1st. Clearly Customer service, isn't there forte. Nor making a good sandwich. $40.00 for 3 sandwiches. I tossed my Rotisserie chicken sandwich. It wasn't fit eat. I don't know if the W. Canal location is independently owned. Clearly I won't be back.
Julia is good at her job. Happy & nice.. Great customer service.. Will return to this location.
