Great service and much appreciation from the recommendations from the lady working the counter. I believe her name was Krystal.
Woman was rude and made me feel rushed. She rolled her eyes when i asked for more pepper's then dropped 2 more on and said anything else snappish at me. After i asked for more mayo she quickly wrapped the sandwich before i was finished and pretended not to hear me when i said i wasn't done. She spoke down to the other employee when the other employee tried to point out i said i wasn't done she said the girl is done go get the peppers done. Woman's name is Krystal.
I like this restaurant. It's always clean and the employees are very fast and friendly.
Excellent store. The Manager Krystle was very fast and friendly. She ran the entire line effectively while being very personable to her customers. She was also training what looked like a nervous kid on her first day at her first job. Easy 5 stars
Even though our server was alone, she did her best to serve us as fast as she could. Management needs to commend her for her hard work. Served at 1:50 pm 8/27.
The woman with the tattoo on her neck working today 6/7/21 at approx 2:50pm was extremely rude! Whoever owns this location needs to check this employee if you don't want people to start leaving just 1-star reviews. She doesn't greet you, just starts with "what do you want". Then she over-toasted my sub, blaming it on the oven when she just wasn't paying attention. The customer behind me was bilingual which irritated the cashier as she repeatedly sighed loudly and rolled her eyes as the woman tried to communicate. Throws your sandwich in a bag then practically throws your change at you. When 2 other women came in she again rolled her eyes at the thought of having to dish out more of her "excellent" customer service.
So my fiance went in here right? There were these 2 Karen's mistreating this really nice employee that really pushed my buttons! Over all 10/10 customer service for both, the Karen's and me and my partner. I hope to return soon. ? Thank you to all you fast food workers for keeping your cool with horrible customers!
Charged me over $10.00 for a six inch sub. Charged me a $1.00 for adding toppings, each item including lettuce, onion, tomatoes that originally go with your sub. Told me she didn’t recommend this items to go on my sub and would need to ask her manager, wth? Became very offensive and rude and went off on saying she has right to refuse me service just because I kindly asked her why she needed to get her boss recommendations to see if I can add toppings to my sub. Need to retrain your staff.
Chastity has excellent customer service..I highly recommend this subway...store was very clean..
Sandwiches were delicious and prepared the way I liked them. Plus the staff was very friendly and helpful
