This is the 2nd time they effed up our order. The 1st time we asked for lite mustard they put a pool of mustard on the sandwich (wish I was exaggerating). This time we ordered 2 turkey Italiano's with provolone and some other toppings and we were charged for it ... Problem is all we got was a turkey sandwich, no cheese, and the other proteins (salami & pepperoni) that was supposed to be there.. didn't exist on this sandwich. A waste of $30 and my 2nd and last time goin to any subway in this city. And the turkey tastes like musty meat ?
Only giving 3 stars because I feel bad for the older female employee. She was by her self and had absolutely no coverage. She had opened and the closer walked out and mid no show. She explained management didn’t care and told her to also close. She was very panicked and about to cry when she had a line of 6 people because one of them had a last minute cater order even I personally explained he couldn’t do that, he still made her make the sandwiches and didn’t tip her at all. Subway needs to change because it’s also becoming an issue all over town.
Only giving this to lace a 3 star because their cashier/line cook is badass. Management left her being literally the only person working. Online orders and almost a full lobby! Absolutely terrible management to put an employee in that situation. We had a bigger order and felt so bad for her that we just ended up leaving. This is why companies fail! Appreciate your employees man! I understand staff shortages but this was ridiculous! I hope a manager from another company steals this employee because she deserves better!
Terrible....messed up my order and I said no Olives.. worsed sandwich in the world looks like they just slapped everything on there and didn't follow directions!!!!!
Came to this subway at 8:05 and still not open. The girl was at the counter and clearly saw me. She ran to the back Instead of unlocking the door at the scheduled 8am. Not professional at all. My first time trying to go to this subway and will certainly be the last time.

I went their where q customers ahead of me. I left after 40 minutes in line due to only having an hour lunch to get back to work. Worker very slow too 25 minutes on 1 sandwich. If your only going to have 1 associate working make sure its 1 with exsperience....
