This last weekend the new little gal at the window was funny and super friendly. Hope she keeps working the window.
As I am sitting here a waist high, meaning very large, snow white dog walks in with the owner. The entire staff wants to see the dog and all of them admire the dog. At the counter, the manager chats with the owner as the dog puts it's front paws on the counter and it's head protrudes over the counter top. The dog was very large.The man and his dog go and sit down at a table to wait for the order. Starbucks policy is clear. Service dogs only. I do not want dog hair with my coffee. Paws on the counter is clearly unsanitary.Why have a logical rule and ignore it?
This store is larger than a typical Starbucks one.Update:Since my first impressions, I have been here many times. I like this Starbucks location very much now. Staff is so lovely! Coffees are good enough.I definitely recommend you give this location a try! As for me, I am going to definitely continue to go back. I am very much looking forward it!
Fast and the staff is always nice. Listened well to our complicated orders and didn't mind my husband's slow ordering.
I walked to this Starbucks. The mobile app show you can order here for pickup. When I get to the store the lobby is locked. I have to walk over to the drive thru and ask for my order. They send me back to the front and hand my drink to me. I get closing the lobby to sit down service but if your going to allow mobile order you should allow pickup in the lobby. The drink was good.
Did not nor would I ever give StarBucks my business (and they don't even deserve 1 start, but that was the only way this would let me leave a comment). All Anti Law Enforcement, Anti Military places should be banned in America
I work in the area, and I come here everyday, and everyday they give the best service I've ever experienced at a Starbucks and is the only Starbucks I order from now! They are quick and efficient, absolutely the model staff! They have never messed up any of my drinks, and they have continued to impress me, I truly believe that this location is the best location in tricities.
Stop here about 5:30 am on weekdays and they remember my drink and even have some small conversations. Would go somewhere else but this is on the way. The early morning crew keeps me coming back
