I’ve always loved this Starbucks ever since I moved to tri-cities and worked nearby but today I stopped by and asked for a tall water with strawberries inclusions for my parrot (and let them know it was for my parrot not for me so they don’t think I’m taking advantage of having extra strawberry inclusions for a cheaper price) and usually I’m charged 87 cents at every location I’ve been to but they told me they would have to charge it as a “iced tea” for $3.50 and I was like hey maybe they’re having a strawberry shortage? and so I said sure, I kid you not the whole cup was water and only a couple of inclusions, I’m really dissapointed because I was hoping for more inclusions since I was paying more then usual and also because my parrot loves her chewy berries,I will be going to the 698 Gage BLVD location instead in Richland.
What happened to acknowledging a waiting customer? I’ve worked in customer service for years, so I understand how busy it can get, but you still need to make eye contact and assure the customers that you know they’re there.I waited patiently, there were five employees working, not one looked at me as I just stood there waiting. I stayed quiet and just took my business elsewhere.
This location USED TO be the BEST! Best drinks, best service! Now, it’s terrible. I have received the wrong drink twice just this week alone. Their lobby is closed, so to get it corrected you have to wait in line for another 10 minutes, which, who has that time? They aren’t nearly as friendly as they used to be, no one talks to you at the window other than just for payment and even then they barely acknowledge you. Hopefully they can get it back to how it used to operate, because I’m tired of wasting my time and money on incorrect drinks.
My go-to location. Everyone I’ve encountered here is super friendly and the drink quality is always consistent.
I just watched an employee use her hands to toss a dirty rubber floor mat on the floor, then turn around and make a few breakfast sandwiches, then toss another dirty mat on the floor, then turn around and make MORE breakfast sandwiches, all without any hand washing.
Convenient location, staff always professional and personable, short waiting time n apologetic if longer than usual. Brittany (Canal Dr) should be a valued employee as contributes much to Starbucks experience.
The gal at the drive-thru didn't correct me when I asked for a large coffee! I appreciate the kindness
I was there early and they were more focused on drive thru,and less on in store.
Very nice helpful varistas, kind of noisy but cool and great drinks.
Starbucks is always wonderful especially after a doctors appointment without kids in the car begging for cake pops. Treat yourself!
