Since I am not a known regular here I enjoy the coffee and don't expect anything else. I order online 99% of the time. I don't like lines. I sit down, relax and order. As a result, often time my drink is not announced. They assume I ordered enroute and will come to the counter. Here drinks ordered online are not placed in sight of the coffee shop customers. Nor are they in reach of the customers. The app is supposed to announce when the drink is ready. Most of the time they do not update the computer.I have learned my lesson with cold coffee. Don't expect a greeting here. (Unless you are a regular). And there are no, "Thank you, good byes"Enjoy your coffee and move on....
I don't go to this Starbucks as often, but when I do, their always friendly, professional and my drinks are exactly how I ask for them, nothing more but nothing less. I will continue going to this Starbucks
The same problem every Monday morning. Feb 21 was no different and there are no excuses for this issue. Your management and POS (point of sale) system don't work together to ensure that this store is fully stocked at all times. Every monday we get the same excuse for being out of grilled cheese, no Turkey pesto sandwiches, no cheese Danish, no chocolate Danish, no nitro cold brew drink and several other requests were out of stock. Your POS should automatically anticipate consumptions and order accordingly. Start carrying the proper amount of product to support your customer base and stop running out of product. It just looks unprofessional and incompetent so stop with the excuses.
Good selections of coffee tea and hot chocolate, including flavorings. Even if they're pricy, you're paying for premium quality and service. They also sell drinks containers, some breakfast and snacks, assortments of coffee beans, few assortments of premium chocolate candies and any other types of candies, gift packages...
This Starbucks is the worst one I have ever been to. They are always out of everything, get orders wrong and there customer service is awful. The first few times I was thinking it was just a bad day for them. But it's every time. I will drive the extra miles to go to the one on 395.
The one star is not for store or it's employees, it's for the location, Google maps couldn't get me there definitely not a travelers stoo

The barista was very nice, and since we went through the drive-through showed us the reusable cups that they had in store and was patient with us while we chose one. The drink was very well-made, and very quick. Definitely one of the better Starbucks I’ve been to in a while!
