Poor service wouldn't even accept my Star-Points...
Monday February 7th at 3:17pm febrero 7 my sister and I went to the mall with our daughters I was craving a caramel Frappuccino so I stopped to Starbucks inside the mall and asked for a caramel Frappuccino and I got a mocha Frappuccino instead, so I asked if I could have the caramel one since I didn’t ordered the mocha and they said yes. Once the lady (barista wearing burgundy sweater ) was done with it she literally threw it at me sliding it over to me from her side to mine not even making eye contact like saying “there it is “ very rude and that’s not the customer service I have ever got from any Starbucks locations. So I asked her what her name was and she responded why! I said can I have your name please and she responded why? So you can report me to my supervisor. At that point I knew she knew what she did. And I said yes so I can report you and she started laughing. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Then I asked for napkins because my drink had caramel all over the cup and she didn’t even turn, there was a gentleman who handed to me the napkins.Not nice to go get a drink to have a great day! And you get treated so badly it’s not fair!
After placing a mobile order I went to the store to pick up. The lobby was closed and I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru before having to leave to get to work without my prepaid order.
I was there on Thursday, the service was terrible- I watched them get 3 orders out before mine when I had ordered first. After that he made my drink wrong and asked if I wanted it to be remade ?♀️?♀️ then the drink was not that good and it's something I order regularly.
A very impressive and friendly crew. Kenzy was simply phenonmenal...friendly and personable. Great experience.
I like that Starbucks for some reason, I think because of its location.
