Been here twice now and both times my drink was not good. The first time I had a lemon drop and it was very bland, tasted mostly like vodka. Same thing when I ordered a Moscow mule, tasted like they forgot the ginger beer. Also happened to be karaoke night and the music was so loud, my friend and I couldn't even hear each other, we ended up going out to the patio where the service was far and few between.
Thank you for allowing us to reserve the outside patio for my guests after our wedding. We really enjoyed the karaoke night! Your manager and the bartenders were great!
The service, food and drinks was good . The only thing is the music was a little loud for the small amount of people that were there. Also the selection of music was more of the 20 something age in my opinion, considering the age I noticed seemed to be the late 40's and older. But I would recommend it as a place to go.
Walking into the facility, I could immediately tell the place is very clean and kept that way regularly. They have nice outdoor seating with wind blockers and heaters. Nice place to go on Mother’s Day because it wasn’t extremely busy just like everywhere else was. Check out the pictures for menu items, and they even bring you out a sauce basket prior to the meal. Ever Sunday they have bloody marry and mimosa specials. Say hi to Bambi, she’s very nice and makes a great spicy Bloody Mary! She also took great care of us throughout our meal. Biggest chicken strips we’ve ever seen!!!Four stars just because I’m a vegetarian and they could use a veggie burger on the menu. ?
I miss silos!!! They had way better, attentive staff. The last two times we’ve been they get you a drink pretty quickly but never come back and check on you. And good luck getting pull tabs because they do not care. The last time we went it took 45 mins to check out. And there were several people complaining they haven’t even gotten a drink order in. The women are a lot more attentive than the men but we haven’t been lucky enough to get one. This place sucks since switching over from silos to the dugout. Bum deal.
If you're hungry, this is the place to go! Went here for a late lunch (first time). There was only one cook and one waitress, so the food took a while. The sandwich I ordered was huge. Their Caesar Salad was great -- homemade dressing with fresh parmesan mixed in. (I don't usually eat croutons, but these were really good.) Next time, I'm ordering just the salad!
I've been too Richland and Kennewick Dugout and those were alot better fir rhe fact the wings were alot bigger. The wings here were so small it was ridiculous and the mushroom burger was alot better at the other Dug out. The staff took forever to get our order and drinks. There were only 2 people working besides the kitchen staff and this place was packed for some Trivia night thing.
Went to pickup an order for lunch by myself and had to bring my baby. Not realizing I couldn’t enter since it was ONLY a bar, I was yelled at as soon as I entered. The bartended didn’t even offer to come out with my order, I had to ask. It was embarrassing to be yelled at in front of other patrons. Then outside, I apologized and she proceeded to point to the bottom of the door and told me “as you can see on the door, no minors”. It was demeaning and inappropriate. This could have been handled in so many other ways that didn’t make me feel incompetent and defiant.

Good bar, good service, but the Karaoke DJ does not have a good sound system, nor does take the time to tune it to the room. You will sound boomy, echoey, and very little tuning unfortunately.If you there for the games, drinks, and food you will have a good time. But the Karaoke nights needs to up their game to make it worthwhile to go there regularly.
