Worker taking our order kept getting confused on what we ordered (3x) and didn't know if we were in drive thru or parked. When the food finally arrived, it was cold. Fries were old and cool to the touch. Both sodas were completely flat - on Dr Pepper and a Sprite. Workers kept coming to our car trying to give us other customers' orders.
I’ve been there three times this week and every time I ask for a route 44 strawberry lemonade I specify exactly what I want I tell them I do not want limeade I tell them this keeps happening and I even double check if the window and they say yeah and then I get home and find out that I have a limeade I’m not sure what the problem is with the Kennewick Washington store but I would say somebody needs to fix something pretty quick because I won’t spend my money there any longer I love the strawberry lemonade but I don’t wanna pay five dollars for something I don’t want and when I have to specify so much to the people that work there to make sure I get what I want and then I still don’t get it there’s obviously a huge problem.
Sat in the drive thru for almost an hour! Slowest place ever.
Sat their for 15-20minutes waiting on our order chick tried giving us the wrong order. 2 cars showed up after we did and they got their orders first. And sonic was focusing on drive thru more. Poor service drove off and told chick to cancel. This place has gone down hill and I miss seeing them skate. Won't return u til they get it together
Waited 30 minutes in drive through then they brought us our food while in line with no way to leave, by the time we got home our food was cold. Bad day or just bad service?
It took me 40 minutes to get my food from the drive through part. There was only 1 other person in the drive through, and all they ordered was a one bag of food and 2 drinks. The only reason I gave it a 1 star is because the food was under $30. I’m never EVER going back to that sonic EVER again. The food is good though.
Went to this location and ordered at pull in booths. Staff was friendly but we waited for over 30 minutes for a kids corndog meal and a hot dog combo. The kids meal came out warm but the hotdog combo had clearly sat for so long that the bun was soggy and the tots were room temperature, not even warm. Both slushees had also clearly sat for awhile as they were both watered down. Was not impressed.
Total poop show. Waited 40 min only for our order to be wrong. Screens don’t work, took 10 min just to get order entered because they cannot hear when yelling at screen. Cold food, mediocre at best. Sonic is either really good and fresh or awful; this location is the latter.
I love this place. The food is always delicious and they don't skimp like some Sonic locations. Supersonic breakfast burrito is the best!
Food was great but we pulled into a stall and the service was really slow and by the time it arrived, it was only warm.
