Great fried fish and excellent clam chowder..we need a skippers in pasco again..long john silvers really sucks .it's super greasy and they don't serve great clam chowder like skippers..
I hadn't been to Skipper's in a long time since this is the last location in the Tri-Cities and it is across town. I was excited to go here and get the food I remembered from years ago. So I will take one star away because the place looks dirty and desperately needs some remodeling and two more stars for poor customer service. The lady who helped us was not at all friendly and seemed like she really didn't want us there. While my wife and I were trying to figure out what we wanted she seemed very annoyed that we were taking so long even though there was no other customers there. The food took a long time. That being said the food was just like I remembered it and I enjoyed it very much.
Bathroom has wallpaper pealing off. Fish was overcooked. Chowder like warm. Chowder came from a can. I will not be back, Skippers has changed for the worst, I used to go there lots. Personal was great
Took the family there cause we were wanting seafood and the choices are limited in town. Restaurant itself looks dingy and poorly painted. Everything felt sticky to the touch and the lady at the register was very unsure of herself and what was available. Not terrible food but definitely gonna stay home and throw stuff in the air fryer next I want shrimp.
If the adults are working the food will be cooked perfectly. But when the 'kids' are working ...forget it, go somewhere else or be prepared to be a complainer. Won't help though cuz they don't get it. In a lot of ways I don't like giving Bad feedback, but you asked.
They have great food there there sup is delicious and fish
Craving fish? Skippers is calling my name!! Started out with just the best clam chowder,.hits you with that one, two punch, clam taste hits you between the eyes, oh man, and the rich creamy broth just carries you away?? The fish, was perfectly deep fried, kissed with a very light breading, perfectly crunchy, no excess grease at all. Cudos to the chef that prepared this meal oh man ?? Clean, super nice people, Tuesday an excellent day to have lunch at this five star restaurant ???
Fish was good, fries were neither crisp nor hot. Coleslaw ok.Should pick up all the broken glass all the way around bldg.
I don't want to give the Kennewick, WA restaurant any stars, but to submit it I had to. I just paid $22.00 for the same frozen fish I pay 3 for frozen at Wal-Mart I assumed there had been a shortage because of the pandemic and I firmly believe in all dong their part and I was willing. But when I called the restaurant, I only asked if this would be a temporary change, and if so, I wish someone would have told us about a change when ordering. But I was informed by the manager that it is the same fish they always served and that I was just trying to scam them. The thought hadn't even crossed my mind, I was met with worse customer service than food. The fish wasn't even the same shape they had always served, it was half-cooked triangles of something I will never order again. When I informed the "manager" that it was not the same shape, I was told that I'm blind. Needless to say. I will not eat there again, as I have done at least 3X a month for the past 11 years. If you people want Skippers fish, go somewhere else because you won't get it there.
