Went to Shari's on Sunday afternoon after church with our pastors. The meal was absolutely wonderful, the customer service was above and beyond anything I could have expected. The manager Kenny Cox even took the time out of what I could only imagine was a busy schedule to welcome us and ask us how our visit was going. I would recommend Shari's to all my family and friends. Shari's always says breakfast to me, and the western omelet doesn't disappoint!! As you can see by the pictures, rich tasting eggs, peppers with onion, oh wow it's good ? such a great mouth feel, thick cut texas toast, to help scoop it up with, ahhhhhh so good ? Along with great coffee to pep up the the experience!! ? And as always great servers, an excellent dining experience!! Fantastic food, great people, super clean restaurant A+++ in my book and mouth ?
The waitress was polite and energetic. Slow to pick up the check. I suspect she knew there was an issue I did not share with her. Prices have increased dramatically. The amount of food is naturally too much in reality. But I realize it is what people expect. Unfortunately my meal arrived cold. It is possible there was only one waiter serving the entire restaurant and couldn't get to me right away.I usually look for half the portions served today. My wife and I share a lot. One napkins wrapping the utensils is also the norm today. Napkin dispensers have disappeared. For $13+ dollars on average for breakfast, a napkin to place silverware on if you use the one napkin for anything else is logical.
I have always enjoyed Shari's as a place of for a peaceful meal, coffee & slice of pie. ( 1OF THE TOP 3 OR 4 PIES ANYWHERE IN THE COUNTRY from a chain). They have always been neat and clean with engaging & polite employees. HOWEVER in these new times the restaurants R showing their age with older run DOWN look & feeling, as well as employees who are gr8 & act like they there for the check only !
Waitress was nice, and accommodating. Kitchen staff needs work. My son ordered two sides for his meal chicken strips and fries it came on two separate plates.? I had the Turkey club with fries. My fries were cool to the touch and underdone. It's was after 1pm and restaurant didn't seem busy.
The food was really great! Perfect hashbrowns eggs and bacon and thick sourdough toast. We'd not intended a big breakfast but we cleaned our plates. Really friendly service too.
The wait staff was excellent but I got a glass that had lipstick on it, and we ordered one order with fruit but got hash browns.The spring omelet was very good! We ordered extra mushrooms and it was a noticeable portion. . . Yum!
Good service, the place was almost empty.. Had a simple dinner and free pie on Wednesday night which I didn't know about.... Marion Berry , great traditional Oregon Berry Pie.Meal was nothing fancy but good.
Fantastic the food the service was delicious and very reasonably priced. NW Steak Salad worth it meat lovers skillet with pancakes looked and was commemorated as very good.
Homestyle comfort food with great taste, generous portions, friendly prompt service and very clean. Definitely 5 stars.
