Okay burgers (Southern Charm), cold beer, but not particularly amazing service. We were seated in the bar, and our server seemed to be a bit overwhelmed. They walked by us numerous times yet didn't really check in much. I would have gotten a second beer, but the opportunity didn't allow in a timely fashion. Speaking of timely, it took forever for me to even get my beer. Hate to say it, but I'd probably hit Bob's or Hop Jacks for a burger and brew over Red Robin.Now, let me qualify that: Red Robin is out of our way, while the others are not. Thus, my dining experience at Red Robin would need to be very good to exceptional for me to partake again. Side note: we were not lacking in the sauces department. ?
The place is extremely dirty. There was a bug in the window sill, a decorative sculpture picked apart with hundreds of pieces not cleaned up, they left their cleaning rags in sight near the tables, the booths were barely wiped and were disgusting with crumbs.I attribute these things to being short on staff. We've gone here for years and have always enjoyed it. Hopefully they can hire more people quickly and can improve the cleanliness.
Generally, we avoid chain restaurants. That being said, we were traveling and just settled for Red Robin. We sat in the bar and were greeted wonderfully. Our waitress was energetic and quickly filled our drink order and got on our food order when we were ready. My wife loves salads and was very pleased with the large southwest salad. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it tasted fresh and delicious, The music was a little loud and off for us. The facility was starting to look worn and would not be our first choice if we had more time. However, it was a nice experience and under the same circumstances we would not hesitate to return!
I need to inform you of the excellent TOGO Service by "Kaylee" and "Pepper" early this evening. -Kaylee was very upbeat and happily took my order for 2, and NAILED exactly what I had asked for. On top of that she brought to my attention that I had a free appetizer without being asked if we hard earned one. Kaylee went to extra mile to add a second fry and salad order without me knowing that I could have one. I was flat out impressed. -When my order came Pepper who also worked at the TOGO desk observed that items were missing and quickly had it corrected. The speed at which the remaining food was delivered was very impressive causing very minimal delay. - Both Kaylee & Pepper showed a high level of professionalism to ensure other orders were complete by inventorying the bags of food against the list of items ordered. A very high level quality assurance corrective action that they came up with and implemented themselves. I let both Kaylee & Pepper know how impressed I was with them (as to telling them "not to change a thing" and encouraged them to continue doing a excellent job. I was fortunate to meet Kaylee & Pepper's supervisor, and advised her of the above, and how she really need to review their wages and double it!!! :) The supervisor thanked me for the kind words, but these words were well deserved. From the reaction of Kaylee, Pepper, their supervisor, and co-workers with all smiles and very appreciative of my positive feedback it was apparent to me that this feedback was way way way overdue. It will be my mission to ensure all my friends know that your hard workers need all the positive feedback they certainly deserve. Also to be tolerant and understanding of inconveniences that are quickly corrected.

Tried the black and Bleu burger and substituted their veggie patty. Flavors were great. Came with bottomless side, although I was never asked if I wanted more. The shake was great. Fries were pretty good. Bathroom was out of toilet paper and trash was overflowing. I notified staff and they did bring in some TP within 5 minutes. Had to ask twice for silverware. Was not thrilled with the check out process on the kiosk, once you make a selection you can not go back to make any changes. Cook gets an A, the rest of the experience could have been better thus the 3 stars.
Fresh and tasty food, though not sure about sweets here. The staff is friendly and helpful. My favorite is Banzai Burger. I strongly recommend you trying Red Robin! As for me, I am going to definitely continue to go back. And I am very much looking forward it!
First of all I would like to say this is the worst place to come eat. Everything was filthy the glasses were not cleaned ? waiters unorganized but most importantly bad customer service. We ordered a lemonade the waiter spilled it on me did not apologize left and did not come back to clean it up. Took another waiter to give us our new lemonade and clean it up the same waiter the spilled the lemonade came back and spilled more againAnd just left. The waiter the cleaned up the mess was so rude and giving us attitude for cleaning it up even though it was not our fault. Been wanting to come to this restaurant for months but sadly worst experience of my life would not recommend. ?
Great burgers fries onion rings and drinks. Always busy because the food is great. Highly recommend.
The food was shit compared to last time! Never going back there. The guy serving us drinks was great!! The coach/waitress is posting all over her Facebook calling us druggies. Not cool! Just cause I don't like you doesn't mean I use! You should be proud of the way its went to shit since you became the coach. I'd be posting this on her page but we're NOT FRIENDS
