Love the morning crew , afternoon crew does not like to give me a hot coffee been there four times in two weeks , they hand me a ice coffee after repeating to me hot coffee after I order they say so nice and slam the window on me never felt so unwanted
Nice little coffee spot drinks and good and have a wide variety. The staff at both locations can get the line down quickly and they offer some good breakfast items as well
So I grew up in the Seattle area born and raised and all I knew was Starbucks and being told Starbucks Starbucks Starbucks. So the mother half ago on my way coming back from taking my kids to school services busy and I was like forget it I’m just gonna go home but I kept remembering That’s always busy maybe I should go check it out now that Starbucks got rid of all my drinks that I could have because I’m diabetic. Best decision of my life not only as a customer service amazing the drinks are great I love looking forward to seeing all the staff only thing that sucks is the intersection but that is not the stores fault. As long as I’m living near this area I will not go back to Starbucks this is my new home.
Their coffee and tea is delicious and for thw price you can't beat it! Ladies there are always super sweet and the punch card deal is perfect. Love this place
Excellent service and coffee, rarely is there a long wait for my coffee, so stopping in before work and on break isn't a problem
We only started coming here about a year ago. It's now one of our favorite places in Tri Cities. They're always very friendly and their coffee is some of best in town. Only regret is not coming here sooner.

New people aren’t great at taking coffee orders. Stop giving customers attitude for not getting it right! Telling a customer to pay again for your mistake is poor customer service.
I've been trying this place out for a week, they were pretty good so I took my mom. They made her drink wrong because the girl in the window just didn't have it together. When I told them it should have been hot, not cold. They said I would have to buy another one. Say what?!?! I have to pay you to fix YOUR mistake? NOPE.
The coffee is amazing and the service is always friendly and fast!
