Nice ambiance, delicious food, and the staff is super friendly. Went for lunch and had the Kpop Sliders. My friend had the Chicken sandwich. Our only gripe was that we wish both dishes were a bit spicier. Otherwise it was great.I had a side salad with blue cheese dressing, and their dressing is out if this world good. My friend had the sweet potato taters tots, and they were equally delicious.
Lunch was great, service spot on, the menunis varied and everyone enjoyed their meals, poke bowl, wedge salad with chicken, achiote turkey sandwich, shrimp tacos, super accommodating for a gluten intolerant vegan, they made a spectacular looking salad. I would like to go again and check out the fancy cocktails. 3rd floor and great news for those with limited mobility- they have am elevator.
My wife and I come here every once in a while for date night and its always good. This time, I had to write a review. Our server, Scott, blew us away with his service. He was attentive without being overbearing and had a great attitude. I was really impressed by his ability to give us some recommendations on food and drinks just by the light conversation we had. For example, my wife's first drink was good, but not quite what she wanted. With a couple simple questions, he brought her a tasting of wine. She loved it, we ended up buying a bottle, it turned out to be from one of her favorite wineries and one she hadn't tried yet. Long story short, trust the man. He won't steer you wrong. The food was fantastic, the service was great, and although it was a little on the loud side it has a classy but fun and friendly vibe.
Recommend, hands-down. Great Burgers!! Great waitstaff. Will go back when I visit the area again in a few weeks.
Had the best service from the moment we arrived. We were greeted immediately and made feel welcome as we were directed to our table. Waitress was amazing!! I ordered the wrong thing by mistake , she spoke to management made it completely wonderful by ordering what I really wanted and not being upset at me or making me feel uncomfortable!!!Thank you so much for the great service and amazing food , not to mention drinks!!
When we first arrived, I didn't immediately feel welcomed by the host. The waiter was also not immediately welcoming. We ordered our food and enjoyed the street taco tots. Highly recommend!! They were delicious. This restaurant is located on the third floor of the building and there is access to an elevator to get to the restaurant.
The food was good. The waitress could have been more helpful and little bit on it. She was a little bit busy but at the same time she could have been a little bit more friendlier. All in all it’s a check mark off places to visit and really not to return to.
BY FAR the best interpretation of gastropub food I've ever had. I would try everything on the menu if I could. The loaded fries with an egg on top: genius. All the food is plated elegantly and even the cocktails are well thought through. The atmosphere and location of Proof, on the third floor, is inviting and comfortable to indulge in a remix of basic things like tacos, burgers, and more. Absolutely a must try establishment!!!
Coworker brought me here for lunch, he had been here many times before. I ordered the Wake up burger (without guacamole, sorry can't do guac) and it did not disappoint! Full thick strips of bacon, perfect overeasy egg, and the patty was done just as ordered.This is a very juicy burger and that is just how I like them! You will definitely need an extra napkin, so I suggest you get one before you dig in.Service was great, prices were what I expected and the food was excellent.I definitely plan to return. They also have a full bar for those not on lunch break from work.
Had a great time! Service was exceptional, we were very well attended and our server was extremely charismatic and attentive. Food was good so that's a plus. Great atmosphere and great scenery. Would recommend!
