Cool little spot with clean bathrooms and decent grub.  Most of the tables were dirty and the music was thumping, which made it a litrle hard to hold a conversation (especially with everyone else yelling over it).   But apparently it's been featured on Diners-Drivins&Dives

The Kennewick location is in a newer building, with lots of windows. Open and airy. You order at the counter. We both got the brisket by the pound ($32); got 1/3 lb and 1/2 lb with mac and cheese as the side. Everything is "a la carte", which is great. You pay for what you want, and if you don't want bread, you don't have to pay for it! Very friendly staff with big smiles. Fast and efficient. No wait for waiter/waitress and table service. Easy peasy. We liked the brisket. Very tender, not overly salted. Tried the regular and spicy BBQ sauce, both complimented the brisket. There were lots of tables available, so no pressure to vacate and we got to visit at leisure.

Had some brisket and ribs. The brisket was not actually well trimmed, but the lady slicing the meat cut off all the fat cap, without being requested for that. I've visited dozens of BBQ restaurants, but never seen this before. So honest business. And the brisket were flat cuts (lean side), so they were supposed to be dry if not being cooked perfectly. Yet they tasted so tender and juicy. On the other hand, the ribs were very skinny. I wouldn't recommend ordering, honestly.Overall, 5 stars for the delicious brisket.

Excellent quality of meat. Meat was weighed to match the menu choices. Perhaps a little pricy, but great quality. We didn't enjoy the sauces as well as competitors, but that is a personal preference. Meat quality was better than some other competitors. If I would visit again, I'd experiment with the sauces, to see if I found one I liked better. Workers were friendly and helpful.

We only came here because my husband is the BBQ fan, not me. So when I tell you that there food is delicious, i mean it. As always authentic/real BBQ is pricey, so be prepared to spend; but i gaurantee you will be happy with whatever comes out on your plate. (I recommend the smoked turkey, it was actually my last choice on the menu because everything else had sold out that evening, and i was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED NGL)

The menu is horribly vague and unorganized. The meat is cold, bland and greasy. The pulled pork sandwich is literally pulled pork on a dry 20c bun. You add BBQ sauce at the table. No cheese, no pickle no flavor. The jalapeño poppers were cold soggy and greasy. The gouda Mac and cheese was cold, made with a powder cheese mix and did not have a good flavor. The coleslaw tasted like wet cabbage no bite, no flavor, no zest. Yuk. $60 and I could not eat it. The assistant manager was apologetic and polite but it didn't help. We paid for Guy Fiery's face which is plastered on the menu and the wall but it doesn't make the food taste ANY better. Avoid this place like the plague unless you like throwing money away and lots of it.

A bit disappointing; look at the pictures. The 1/2 # brisket and a jalapeño popper on 1 tray and a Jonny Sandwich, coleslaw and a jalapeño poppers on the other with 2 sodas was nearly $50. The credit card machine shows tips starting at 20% for walk up counter service. The sandwich was good , just lacked any smoke flavor. It was big and close on value. The coleslaw was just shredded cabbage, if there was sauce it was extremely light. The sauces were quite good and made the meal much better. This place has potential just needs to work on presentation and value

Came here with my dad for lunch. Was kinda mixed on the experience. The prices seemed to be a little excessive and most of the barbecue was somewhat disappointing. It didn't have much flavor on its own but when combined with the barbecue sauces, the flavor was good. The Sauces themselves had a lot of flavor but the rest was lacking in some.

Was super disappointed when I had to pay for the damn bone. The bone weighed more than the meet that was attached. $30 lb. So I bought a $50 rib. Complete craziness. Will not go back.

Our faves were the brisket, gouda Mac n cheese, and all 3 BBQ sauces! Our only complaint was that we were hoping for some potato salad! All in all, very delicious!
