Ahh I can still remember the Pizza Hut experience growing up. Sadly now it’s far from it, my 5 year old told me to never come back in because she saw dead and live bugs by the window. The tables were dirty, the cheese wasn’t very confidence inspiring, place was empty , overall a stale experience. One large pep with two drinks at $40 no lie.I’ll just stick to pickup & delivery since I’ve yet to have a bad experience that way.
We went to this location to sit down and have a pizza a beer. So we ordered a beer and a pizza and the waitress came back out and told us that they cannot serve us beer because the only person that can do that is on the phone and they do not know when they will be off it. So obviously a phone call is not important than a paying customer. Needless to say we walked out. And I forgot to mention me and the wife were the only customers in the place
Everything was perfect! Great service honestly can't ask for better
Stuffed Crust had minimal cheese and pizza was not good at all! I used to love pizza hut but not anymore!!
My order was wrong and no one seemed to care that my order was wrong. I will never order again from Pizza Hut.
Extra pepperoni was ordered yet it looked like there was barely enough for a standard covering. The sauce was really bland and the cheese hadn’t totally melted, making me think that the pizza itself wasn’t cooked long enough. It was very reminiscent of a basic frozen pizza.
Pizza was extremely light on toppings and sauce..pretty much bread with a sprinkle of cheese. Dissatisfied with the food even though the epic box is a good deal. We likely will not order again
I tried to order pizza, got an automatic response that they weren't accepting online orders at that time and to call them. The first call someone picks up the phone and then I get dead silence for 10 minutes, the second someone picks up and immediately hangs up, the third I get a message saying the store is closed. I call again for kicks, it gets immediately picked up, they ask for my phone number and then hang up again! Tried calling other people and my cell service was fine. It seems whoever is working there tonight didn't want to do any work.
Pizza, bread sticks, and wings were as expected and hot. Unfortunately we got a waitress who didn't smile nor laugh. Made the experience very uncomfortable. The restaurant is sooooooo old and destroyed, pop corn ceilings and all. I saw booth seating that wasn't all torn up and yet we got the shredded bench seat in an empty restaurant. The tradition shall continue and we will only visit this restaurant at most, once a year.
We ordered the big box with 2 pizzas, hot wings, and bread sticks. One of the pizzas was wrong as we ordered chicken Parmigiano and it came a cheese pizza only and the hot wings we ordered teriyaki and the came Buffalo style which we hate the most.
