I'm giving 2 stars because the customer service was really bad but my fiancé loves the food. I walked in and there was a kid standing in line. When he saw me, he backed up and let me go. I thought he had already been helped because their was a guy on the other side of the counter. When I got up there the guy by the cash register looked like he was taking selfies and didn't even acknowledge me. After he was done, he just walked away without saying anything. A few seconds later he passes by me again and still acted like I wasn't even there. He went and got a drink and then walked off. Another guy walked passed not saying anything. Finally the poor guy cooking and cutting the pizza came over and helped the kid and me.
Made an order and forgot to add my apartment letter with the number. My fault. But I left my phone number on the order for notifications and instead of contacting me I was just forgotten and I had to contact them after 40 mins and now another 30 minutes later my food comes and the mozzarella sticks were soggy and the wings slightly warm.
Always really good pizza, it’s late I ordered delivery and specifically asked for CONTACTLESS Delivery. Put the tip on the orderMy kids are sleeping…. The driver not only knocks on my door, gets my dog barking and wakes up my kids. He knocks two more times, waits for me to answer. It’s just frustrating. The drivers should verify.
The Manager Amanda is ALWAYS so amazing when we call or come in to get orders, always on top of things and amazing customer service. Runs the place like customer are family. Her customer service is always above and beyond. Thank you [email protected] Pizza Hut on Vinyard in Kennewick Washington.
Make sure the food isnt cold and soggy. An hour delivery time is acceptable on the day after a holiday but the food should be made fresh, not made when ordered and sitting around waiting for a delivery driver to become available.
The pizza said delivery in 53 minutes. Took over 1.5 hours to get here - missed having it for meeting that was needed. When it did arrive it was cold and there is no way to heat it up here.
The food was hot and delivered in timely fashion but a large portion of the pizzas we received had no sauce or toppings on them, making them nearly a waste. The wings were very good but for the money, i didnt see the value
The pizza was made exactly to my liking. It was fresh and delicious. And the store help were very quick and friendly. :)
Pizza was delicious, lots of cheese and cooked perfectly! The wings, however, are stiill overcooked. The sauce is delicious but the wings themselves are dry.
There was 1 piece of green peppers on 1 of the 3 pizzas we ordered and probably 10 onion slices on the 3 pizzas and the rest of the toppings were pretty sparce also,and these were supposed to be super supremes. They did taste good though.
