The pizza was undercooked and gooey.Their idea of putting sauce on wings is one simple squirt of sauce on one wing.It was totally disgusting.Do not eat here if you want decent pizza - it is not worth the price.
First time ordering as I just moved to Kennewick. Ordered online. Selected extra sauce and baked well done. Breadsticks and pop were fine. This is how the pizza arrived. I'll not order from this location again. Also completed the emailed survey from Papa Johns. Why even give the option to the customer if the customer's wishes will be disregarded?UPDATE 26FEB2022. I have attached a picture of the pizzas and a picture of my order. They did arrive in place this time, which is appreciated. That said, not well done and the NY was not square cut. Why offer these options to the customer and totally ignore them? Also, no extra sauce on the pan. Papa John's sent me a coupon code and asked me to give them another chance. I did and even paid for an extra pizza plus breadsticks again. I'm not giving them a third try. Too bad because when cooked as ordered it is not bad pizza.
I put in a order at 10:30 pm havent recieved it yet i was told it will be here in the morning but i order an hour and 30 minutes before it closed thats plenty of time to make a pizza and deliver it it doesnt make since to bring it to u in the morning when i ordered it the other day

Placed a order over 2 hours ago ! Gage location admitted it did not show because of a system error that has happened more than once tonight ! But… After dealing with both local stores and paying them both for my order per their request, I still have no pizza !! I’m out $40 for 1 Pepperoni pizza that I still have yet to see !
Papa John's is my family's go to on nights I eat to skip the dishes. lol, service is always on point, their delivery drivers are always kind!
