GREAT FOOD... POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.One of my favorite drive thru restaurants. Food is good 99.5% of the time... occasionally if you go RIGHT BEFORE closing, it's not as fresh as one would like...but, no surprise there.The Staff either hate their jobs or just hate people in general. Your lucky to get a word from them at the window...they grab your payment, hand your bag and change (If it's owed) and BAM!! Window is shut!
Did drive thru, 2 chicken bowls, one with rice the other terriyaki with noodles. At home find terriyaki bowl had just plain chicken/noodles, no container or packet. Called to see what could be done. "Nothing". "It's your responsibility to ask for sauce". Ummm I did. When I said terriyaki. Person on phone was rude and offered zero help. Apparently no manager there today.... Unsatisfied for my $20.
Terrible!!!! Experience!!! I asked for a missing item on my order and I got backlash instead the cashier named Sasha and a guy named LuisArgued with me for what it’s seemed like an hour I felt attacked my son was waiting for me to eat his meal and because of them our food got cold the person who was with me had a bad experience by default our kids too, we did not deserve such a treatment over a missing item. I am sadden it had to be like that.. Would not recommend this location. Zero stars if it was possible
REALLY BAD COSTUMER SERVICE!!! I recommend people go to the restaurant in the mall or in Pasco cause this one is awful bad service and the manager doesn't care, they messed up my order and argued with me instead of trying to solve my problem they just started yelling and being rude, i give zero stars
Unbelievable experience Friday, March 18th thru the drivethru at 6:15 pm. I say all that because I want the owner of this establishment to know exactly who it was that took my order thru the drivethru speaker, because of her, I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. The owner might wanna know who is the cause of him or her LOSING MONEY because of sheer incompetence along with the WORST EXPERIENCE taking my order ever. It was a female, and she’s RUDE, TERRIBLE MANNERS, TERRIBLE SERVICE, USING SLANG TO COMMUNICATE. It was SHOCKING. I will never return and I will make sure family and friends know about my experience too. Do yourself a HUGE FAVOR to your customers and business. FIRE HER IMMEDIATELY.
We ordered our dinner through Door dash. No napkins, no fortune cookies, no sauces...except teriyaki sauce for the teriyaki chicken that I ordered and didn't get. I've called the store in Kennewick on Ely 3 times now and no one answers the phone. If this is how they do business they just lost a customer.
It's great for a quick Chinese dinner and always has great flavor. If you don't like lines get there before 5pm.
The portions are a great deal for the money, good food and fast service even when there’s a line of cars in the drive-thru. The staff is friendly and they get your order right so there is no going back for corrections to you order. So if you like Asian cuisine then come on by Panda Express you’ll like it.
I feel like the customer service here could be better but the food is delicious and affordable for a Friday night family dinner.
I like Chinese food and this place has a great selection of dishes. The food was just the right temperature, the taste was good and the price was reasonable and the service was quick. I liked it.
