I have honestly never had a bad experience at Panda Express at any of their locations and as a retail/customer service/food worker I extend my patience always and am always kind but this location has by far the worst attitude, taste, and just overall service. Out of 5 staff members only 1 was prepared for this job and it wasn't the manager. When the crew needed serious help the manager (Elias) was in the back and acted very inconvenienced that he was bringing brought up to the til to assist his staff and was wearing airpods on his phone mind you I had asked if he was on break to understand his frustration a bit but he wasn't and the girl helping consistently kept rolling her eyes with attitude. On top of that the food was subpar the chow mein isn't chow mein it's a salad of cabbage and soggy onion the chicken is cold and the rice is hard. I'm sure they were way above their cap time because this location never fails to make me physically sick. Honestly Panda was one of my fave places to eat and this location has soiled it.
First off the manager is a complete sleeze Ball never see him doing anything productive. His staff are trained very unprofessional. The food is never fresh considering how many people come through the line. The list goes on.. this store needs help!
Why sell teriyaki chicken AND NEVER GIVE TERIYAKI SAUCE WITH IT. This has happend to me at least a dozen times and I'm about to go Karen here eating plain chicken. if I wanted plain chicken I'd order PLAIN CHICKEN.

This is a Panda Express that's in the mall and they don't have everything every Panda has. With that being said if you are ordering to go you're better off ordering at one of the other locations where they have the whole variety of different foods you want I ordered some super greens for somebody from here and the guy was so nice and made some right there and then. I'm not saying this is a bad place to eat I'm just saying if you're ordering the food to go by one of the companies like GrubHub Uber doordash I'm just giving you a heads up this isn't great greatest location
After we ordered and sat down we had realized they never gave us any of the sauces we ordered in line. My sister went back to the counter and explained we never got our soy sauce or sweet and sour and the worker acted so inconvenienced that she had to get our sauce that she forgot. And got a major attitude. And the rice was so dry and chicken was hard.
Omg i drove 1hr for Panda because it is THAT GOOD!!
