I've been to Olive Gardens all over the US. If you have been to one you have been to pretty much all of them. That being said the food at this location always has great customer service and well prepared food although a lot of places (Olive Garden included) have been raising prices during the pandemic. I don't know if the price hike has anything to do with a reduction of product or just them wanting more money. Anyways as I said great customer service and good food.
I love Olive Garden so much! I regularly come here for lunch, dinner, well actually sometimes even a random hour in an afternoon :). Ravioli, alfredo, pizzas, salmon everything is very delicious. Desserts are quite tasty too. My favorite is Tiramisu- best Tiramisu in Tri-Cities. I very strongly recommend Olive Garden.

I'm already a fan of the franchise. The food is great and affordable, usually not too much of a wait. We were lucky enough to head right into a booth in the lounge area, and had drinks and appetizers in what felt like no time at all. Our server who's name has eluded me unfortunately, was an absolute professional she was attentive, upbeat, always smiling and really seemed like she was enjoying our company. We were checked on regularly and never left needing anything. We both ordered the tour of Italy, my personal favorite. And had plenty of leftovers to enjoy to l the next day. Overall a great experience!
Ordered take out last night showed up and waited for my order. No big deal, I could easily see they were busy and doing their best. I think a manager came out with my order a few minutes later than originally told (which again, their clearly busy, I totally get it) and handed me a gift card for the wait as well. Honestly she was super nice and the staff is probably overwhelmed as it was a Sunday evening.Be a little nicer to your food serve people folks, they're doing their best.
The first part of or service was Great ! It took them about 15mins to take our order for drinks. The water was nasty ! NASTY! My friend was getting a birthday dessert. But it took them 40 minutes to get it out to her. We had finished eating gave the waitress her tip never saw her again. It took them 40 minutes. We even asked for a manager have not seen one yet. All they could say was sorry ! So I guess this is how we rate yall today with a Big fat "1" star. Wow all three of us are going to the bathroom and two of us are about to get sick on our stomach. I should have got sick in the parking lot. Oh if we do get sick don't think we want call the Heath Department.
One of my favorite Olive Garden locations. Fast ordering, friendly service and very satisfying food. Absolutely no complaints!
With renewed opening up. Things are getting back to speed. My sirloin was not cooked as ordered but was promptly taken care of and fixed. Servers are on top of orders, congenial [Elsa].
Had good food, not that packed and service is great. Little pricey but you should know what you're in for when you go here. It's definitely an occasion kinda place but I would go again.
Enjoyed some OG Christmas Eve while visiting my partner, though he was working and I dined alone. Service was cheerful and sitting at the bar, I could see that that team seems to care for each other. Very nice to see, keep it up y'all
