Finally got around to trying MOD Pizza. Looked at all the Yelp pics to see what the food looked like and saw 'most times' the crust of the pizzas were burnt. Which is common with fire ovens. I loathe brunt anything, but especially pizza crust and breads. This is the major factor why it took me until today to give MOD a try. But today was a special day as my neighbor turned 90 and she loves Hawaiian pizza and just so have it MOD is having a 7$ 11" Hawaiian Pizza special so no better time than now to give them try. I got my neighbor the Hawaiian pizza along with a mini caesar salad and I got for myself a 6" Calexico with a mini greek salad. And two no name chocolate cakes. Food was ready right on time. Unfortunately my pizza crust was BRUNT! My neighbors wasn't. Salad greens looked old and again, 'unfortunately' soggy. But to be honest for my first time I feel it was better than I expected. So I'm looking forward to giving them another chance to serve a fresh salad and a non-brunt pizza crust because the parts of the pizza I was able to eat sans brunt crust, it was quite tasty. Salads fixings were good as well, just a day too old.
I usually come here and have a great experience, not any real problem, but just today (May 31st) I just felt like the employees were a bit more dismissive and it felt awkward, even after taking my total and handing the receipt, the employee said have a wonderful day even though I still needed to get my food, which confused me. I still love this place, but may need a little work on service, everything else is perfect
SUPER SLOW! Only 1 person with 1 pizza ahead of me. They have the poor guy who seems to be new working the line by himself while others are cleaning or doing other things. Those things should be able to wait so they can serve the customers.
Mod has great pizza. Unfortunately their phone system sucks for getting a live person. I love our Richland Washington store, I walk in and they all ready know what I want. Much love to MOD!!!
5/5, my worst experience at MOD. My food took a bit over 8 minutes since I walked in the door and they were slammed. They manage to quickly create great pizzas, even when the whole place is packed.
We had a horrible experience with Doordash delivering our food, and Justin who works at MOD is a absolutely awesome and i would recommend going here! it’s our favorite place and he went out of his way to fix things that wasn’t even their issue to begin with!! 10/10 :)
Fresh, fast, fantastic, friendly. I love how you can customize anything on the menu with no additional cost. You can load up your pizza or salad with additional toppings for free! Also. Their oven-fired tastes light and healthy.. it's thin crust doesn't make you feel too full afterward. Great place!
This was pretty much your standard mod pizza if you've ever been to one. I do love brick oven fire pizza although my wife's pizza was a bit charred on one side.
For fast food pizza it wasn't bad. It's certainly a better choice than pizza hut or its equivalents.
What a good bunch of people! I didn't catch all there names but Ginger stood out as exceptional. She was gracious, patient, and so helpful I felt at home eating at MOD! Also, one fellow with an alien mask was helpful and kind working along side Ginger. Plus, the guy with the Zelda buttons on his uniform was friendly and just seemed like he appreciates his workplace. Always nice to see a place treat employees well. Jordan was there too, haha haven't seen that dude in over a decade! Hope life is treating you well my dude;D Thank you MOD team!
