They never gave me my large fries I paid extra for and the soda was water down to the point it had no flavor and the big Mac had a weird sour taste. The happy meal was missing the extra kids fry I asked instead of apple slices. So far it was a bad experience. Just make sure you guys get what you ordered. I didnt realize till I got home that the burger tasted weird.
This place seriously needs to get it together!!I harley ever come to place anymore main reason they need to do a lot better of cleaning the restrooms all times and especially they need to have a better attitude!!!This time my father and I , we went by the drive through and everything was good .Expect when we got to the second window , the young girl who was giving out the orders . She’s maybe 5’1 and has black hair with two pigtails . She was giving attitude to my dad! When my dad was giving me my drink , I saw that girl rolling her eyes, making faces and telling her partner from drive through “gosh he doesn’t hurry up old man” Like seriously !?! That’s very unprofessional of herself..
This location has opened the lobby again for taking orders but no inside dining is allowed yet. Drive-thru is usually pretty busy with lines but moves pretty fast. Orders most of the time are given correctly and accurately. Employees are usually friendly and nice to customers. I would still check your order before leaving
When ordering through drive thru a employee was taking a long time to understand what items were asked and kept on asking what we had ordered when we clearly said them already. Also when given our food it was cold and didn't even give us the cream, sugar, etc.for our coffee. Disappointing
McDonald's isn't only good people, they're family.Their food is always the same and mcdonalds is the world's meeting place. I meet people I love there and saw Gen. Mattis at this location
It's McDonald's. What can I say. I just wish they were always fast in the mornings. I always get the same thing and sometimes I wait in the mobile order spot for 5 to 8 minutes, sometimes 2.
There has been some terrible news posted about McDonald's processing methods which disgusts me. They need to change their processing methods before they get taken to court.
Literally spent close to 35$ for our dinner tonight. I clarified with drive through that I wanted a certain meal and went over it like 4 times. Get to the 2nd window my meal was not a meal and got messed i was charged for everything separately, i get home my burgers are cold and fries are so hard/frozen that my dogs got my food. And I got to have cereal for dinner.
The food is always consistent( which is great), staff always tries their best. I would have given a 5 but the app is frustrating and flips off going thru drive thru and I have to turn it back on to gets points and use current rewards.
