I stop here on lunch break from Walgreens and even with a line I know I can order and be out within 10 minutes and that's not too bad and if I get lucky I'm out in 5 minutes lol
Ordered breakfast a hr later was sick as a dog. Food poisoning. Was down for 2 days. Good thing I had abunch of otter pops
Good morning my name is Keisha I live in Yakima Wa. I’m here at the Best Western across the street. My family and I desired to get a late bite to eat after driving back from out of state. The female and the two males took close to 13 min to get there attention through the drive threw. They are not at all paying attention to customers and the place was not busy. I had to go back around because they gave me things I didn’t ask for and very rude. I left and went to get food some place else because I didn’t trust the food the Big Macs were a mess I took pictures for proof. I was fearful of something being wrong with the food and didn’t want to feed it to my kids Incase it was spit in or something. I called a numbers of times to speak with someone but I kept being hung up on. I’m here to tell u this was the worst experience I have ever had. I do hope an upper manager or someone reviews the call logs and videos. I also plan to take this to corporate so they can know how well the are represented. People pay way to much for food for people to be treating them this way. Not cool at all and I’m very angry that my kids had to deal with this treatment.
I love the employees at this location. Always cheerful and 99.9% accurate with my orders. The location is kept very clean.My orders are always fresh.
I don’t appreciate my receipt, food, or money to smell like a crack head was handling it, smelling like smoke etc. Idk if people are allowed to smoke or not but bother to wash your hands or something. And clearly no one was at the window to give me my food they seemed distracted off focus.

I dislike McDonald's so this is biased but you can't get mayo on your quarter pounder through the kiosk so automatic 1 start wouldn't visit again.
well the burgers don't really have much flavor and the fries get real greasy after they get cold and other than that the place really sucks
When it comes to fast food restaurants I generally don't expect much but at 7 pm when I go through the drive-in I expect semi-hot french fries. What I got was almost cold fries, barely even warm. No problem I think I'll just pull around and get a replacement order. Go through the line and explain what happened and give them back the order of fries. Wait again to the next window and get my replacement order. Start to drive away and reach in for what should be warm fries and pull out fries that AGAIN are barely warm! Finally had to go inside and complain to get fresh hot fries. RIDICULOUS!
