Worst experience ever a month ago I ordered a McChicken and the chicken was raw, I called the restaurant to complain the manager wrote my info down and made an incident report and called me 3 days later to see how I was doing. I appreciate that they followed up with me but the whole experience was horrible not to mention that I am pregnant. Today I decided to give it a shot again and ordered breakfast I was more cautious when eating it everything was cooked but I found a hair in my breakfast sandwich.I am never coming here again.Worst McDonalds in the Tri- Cities.
Amazing, staff super nice...walked around to different tables like waitresses...surprisingly delightful.
Employees were friendly while taking my order. Food came out as ordered with all items hot and fresh. The prices are not too bad. The staffing at this location does not seem to be an issue during the day. They had plenty of staff members onsite and ordering and receiving food was not taking long at all. Have been to this location many times and most of the time have no issues. They ate allowing indoor ordering again here but no dining. The front area always seems to be kept clean and well-stocked

Fast, friendly, and perfectly cooked, breakfast in the a.m. States masks are required but not 1 senior (place was FULL of older folks having coffee and visiting) was wearing one and nobody cared? So, if that what was holding you back from going to breakfast..forget it. LolMerry Christmas and have a fabulous New Year!
Not once not twice but four times have I been sent to the reserved drive through parking areas and after 15minutes have passed by I had to go inside and ask where is my food. I understand that it gets busy but not on 3 of these occasions, staff would hand bags to other cars and didn't ever think why we were there still. It's far too many mistakes without any reason
I would’ve preferred more salt on my fries. Overall the food came out very fast and hot without me having to say I wanted it cooked to order. Sweet tea was bomb staff was very friendly.
I don't know if it is just the worker "shortage" or what, but the service over the last year has really just gone downhill. I went in the other day to get just an iced tea an for the 3rd or 4th time they got it wrong. I asked for a half sweet tea (or in their terminology "cut in half") with light ice and what I got was unsweetened and a cup almost filled with ice. It was bad enough when they don't come on the intercom to greet you or at least ask you to hold for just a minute but I shouldn't have to yell or honk after waiting for a minute or two of dead silence to get the attention of whoever was working the order window.Also on another note why is it that this cities locations charge more than neighboring states for the exact same item and I don't mean the tax difference. A good example of this is the McRib. They charge almost 6 bucks for 1 now here in the tri-cities area yet in Oregon and Idaho I can get 2 for the same price? The "deals" in the app for here are slim pickings yet again in nearby states I am able to get more and better offers. This is just one reason I don't eat at McDonald's very much, unless I'm outside the tri-cities area.
