Normally everything is good here. I just have to hit a 2 star for the last few mess ups iv had here. And I use to work in hospitality so I'm not going to come back and complain and wait in line for 5 mins or more just to do so. Anyways. I just ordered a KFD extra caramel blended 16 OZ and it was my free bee after coming 10 times. Anyways. It tasted like they didn't rinse out the blender or added strawberry milk or something to it cuz it tastes like a coffee mixed with a smoothie. Also I normally order 2 bagel sammiches. This wasn't a issue this time. But about a month or 2 ago I ordered 2 of them and realized they were stone cold like as if it was pulled straight from the fridge once I got home. Anyways I'm seeing alot of new faces so I'm assuming that's the issue. But dang that coffee was nasty. Worst coffee I had ever tasted in my life. And that's not how it normally goes here.
They don’t know how to treat their employees with respect. Do not work here their management skills are poor and unprofessional.
POOR MANAGEMENT AND TRAININGI’ve been going here for while and neither locations make the same drink the same way anymore. Recently I went to the Kennewick stand while both managers were there and my “mocha monkey” tasted like watered down chocolate milk. And the manager is the one that handed me the drink. Neither locations are on the same page and no one knows how to make the drinks anymore. And don’t even try going after 5 because the line is always so long and slow because they only have one person working, I was waiting in line for 20 minutes last time.
This place is usually pretty good, but last time I went, it made me NOT wanna go back. I pulled up to the window smiling and the girl was so rude, just took my cash and told me to wait in a parking spot I waited half an hour for my order. Which was two bagels... When I got them, they lady handed them to me and walked off. With no words or anything. I will be going elsewhere
The last few times I’ve gone I haven’t gotten what I wanted. I always ask for redbull and I ALWAYS get their house energy instead, it’s really annoying and I don’t typically have time to go back and say something because I’m usually working. The staff is always polite and I appreciate that, I just wish they would pay more attention if I’m spending 6.50 on a drink.. it’s disappointing to say the least

They do not have Oatmilk and use American sizes (16oz, 24oz, 32oz).They make tasty drinks and food. The coffee is a bit on the sweet side and there's typically a line to order.
This place has the best staff! Love how friendly they are every time I go. The bagels and bagel sandwiches are delicious and the drinks are awesome. Best coffee shop in TC.

I normally love this place but the last few times I came here the employees were kinda rude like I was inconveniencing them. I normally order a bagel with my coffee and each time it seems to get worse. Today I have no words. Would you pay money for this? The coffee is always good, so I’m confused why my bagel gets worse each time. It almost feels like they aren’t going to be nice to me until I establish myself as a regular and that’s a really bad mentality to have.
The barista was really helpful in helping us decide what drinks to get. Service was fast and friendly.
