I have been here multiple and they have forgotten items almost every time. You literally have to ask for a receipt and they act like it's sacrilegious to ask for one.No bottled waterNo online order via taco bell appNo Cinnabon iced coffeeNo black bean items that the others carryVERY LIMITED MENU AND THEY TREAT YOU POORLY!!
This KFC is the worst in the Tri-Cities. I ordered a 4 piece combo and every part of it was disgusting. The fries were cold, old, and tasteless. The chicken felt like it was left out overnight and poorly reheated in the microwave. If you want food poisoning and an excuse to miss work the next day this is the place for you. Otherwise, I advice to stay away from this KFC.
Waited over 10 min in drive through finally went around to ask for a refund. Didn’t say anything other than Can I have a refund and the manager comes out all tough raging about how they make the food the moment it is ordered and how waiting 10 minutes wasn’t long enough so I started to get upset and then stopped him and said you know what have a good dayI can tell it’s a toxic environment for his staff .. that guy needs anger management classes
sick of eating lunch in my car ,you have a dinning room ,open like every other restaurant for dine in sick of your excuses really .
The customer service guy at the drive thru was funny and sooooo nice..and very HONEST...but the hot chicken tenders were dry old and were not even dipped right in the hot sauce.
I had a coupon for 9pc double mash maeal. order 1 extra pc of dark meat. with mash potatoe and gravy 4 biscuits. Well we did't did't get the right order. we got mix meat and no biscuits no 1 extra chicken. When i call to talk to manager about my order. He just told me to come back to get my biscuit. I told hi I had surgery a knee replacement and can't drive so he going to have someonr delivery my right oder. He hung up on me.
Lunch box on Tuesday was bad With Greece I'd have a son able to eat it.. I tried to eat it when I returned Oregon it was really nasty. Is my stomach was upset all night. I eat a 25% of one. KFC WAS my favorite chicken place NO MORE
Quite impressed with their efficiency and how long lines move swiftly. Only been to this one a few times , always busy. Order was always correct and tasty. Friendly order takers. Can't stand their fries though. We should have a choice whether we want those yucky seasoned ones or plain ones. And they're always over salted. Not just this KFC, but all here in the Tri-Cities.
Never again. Small pieces of chicken. Biscuits rock hard. Poor customer service. Prices are ridiculous here. Will not go here again.
Went to this kfc and ordered an 8pc family meal. When I arrived home I was missing a mashed potato and gravy as well as the biscuits. Not to mention they gave me half crispy and original chicken when I asked clearly for original recipe. Called into the store and explained what was missing. Manager said oh yeah we have biscuits now if you want to pick them up! I told them I was not going to drive 25 minutes to pick up what I had payed for. Asked if he can make it right next time I come in and he said yeah I will write your name down so you get your biscuits and mashed potatoes… horrible service and they truly don’t care if they get your order wrong stay away from this kfc!
