I ordered online and when I got there they told me that my order was already picked up. I’m not sure how that person got my name and confirmation number, seems to me like they’re not checking for confirmation numbers and/or one of their employees told their friends to come by and get the order, or maybe just a mixup. Juan the manager was blaming me for the incident saying that I was trying to steal from them. Didn’t get a refund or my order remade. One employee and the manager were both rude from the start they don’t care about their customers.
Food was ok but the A&W soda was horrible. The lady after me asked them to check the lines cause she thought the diet and regular soda had been switched. The only reason I am writing the review is because the guy working there was really good. He looked like he had gang tattoos and I figured he would not care very much and just go through the motions but I must say he was very friendly and polite. He checked the soda for the lady and was very friendly. I also saw him chatting with an old couple after they said something to him while he was trying to clean the tables the old couple sounded very happy and again the gentleman was very friendly and went above and beyond. I wish I could remember his name so that he could get the proper credit he deserves. I hope the owner considers making that guy a manager. I think he would be good in that position. I will say the 2 girls working with him that day also seemed friendly.
You know the place needs so much work for staff wise because they like rush you even though I was there for 5 minutes because they have alot you know on there menu then literally they were switching people like what do you want like 5 times then they screw up the order because they don't listen and we wanted wings and stuff but when they come to deliver the food they only 1 of the 3 orders I wanted and wasted all that time because the manager can't do his job and he just stared at me when I was paying the order like I'm an enemy so they need help and needs to change because I have to go there other times since I do delivery for doordash and receiving the food takes a while also. Help me please omg?????????
The food is good and needs more food selections and the drive through was fast and easy to go through. Plenty of parking outside the building. Polite employees.
The employees were sweet and nice and polite and it took awhile for the food to get to me since I had to wait for the food. The onion rings were doughy and the cod basket was greasey and the fries were salty.
Only after charging my card did they tell me they did not have any original kfc. And then would not give me a refund receipt. Instead gave me dirty money back. Just underhanded service. I’ll never go back to kfc in Kennewick wa.
The chicken tenders are by far the best item on the menu! There is a large variety of items on the menu, my favorite of being the Nashville chicken tenders and the mash potatos. The biscuits are a must try!

Order is always wrong. People are always rude. Food comes out disgusting most of the time. Given this place way more chances than it deserves and always a disappointment. Look at how my curds came out today. Would give 0 stars but that is not possible. Go if you want disgusting food and terrible service.
On our way home from Washington I wish they would of given me the tenders from a&w not the kfc ones but all in all
