I went there all the time when I was younger so I'm biased. Their shakes/malts are superb though. I recommend a peanut butter and mint mix.
I was there 30 min waiting for food I asked nicely if my food was done they sead they forgot to make it. I asked them politely if I could get my money back I have a doctor's appointment I need to get to in like 25 min manager did not speak to me she told the server to till me to get to the back of the line and wait to get my money back I waited another 15 min I did not give attitude I was polite she just gave me a mad expression as if I had done something wrong well I won't be eating there any more I love that place but after that I just won't bother with that kind of behavior / manager.
The hamburger Pattie’s are arguably the best flavored anywhere around and making it a double for a buck is unheard of anymore. ??. Worth two smiles and a full belly as far as I am concerned.
I got hooked on the Finger Steaks back in the 1990s, when I was a 9-1-1 dispatcher when it was located in the baase.en to Kennewick City Hall, close and convenient. I moved away in 1996, but the first thing I do when I visit is go to Burger Ranch for Finger Steaks and again when I leave. I haven't found anyplace else that makes these.
Good food for a decent price. Their shakes are amazing and we love their garden burgers. I love that they have vegetarian options. They also never mess up on my orders.
Second time I have gone and my order was wrong. And was after dinning room closed so took almost an hour to get back to the window and have it fixed. They were really busy so will try again maybe but always check your order.
Thank you Alma (manager) for yelling at your employees in front of customers and getting upset with the customer for requesting your name. I hope Darrell the store owner reads this because you Alma were highly unprofessional and disrespectful to your employees and customers.
Food order was incorrect.Food cold, smelled and tastes of old oil. Lettuce brown. Couldn't eat one full burger or fries due to the rotten taste. Drive thru take out with no napkins and one watered down soda.. will never go back!
