Ahhhh wow had a craving for a really good sandwich !! ? Turkey Tom, lettuce, tomato ? mayonnaise, and Jimmy's pepperchinis (They offer different heat levels)? And of course the hotter the better ? Wrap the whole thing in a lettuce wrap, and you have the best sandwich on the market ? Super clean, and the nicest people, gives this restaurant A++++
Next to sub- - -, this is the worst ! Has the SMALLEST & skinnyist subs I ever seen, for the cost not worth it !! Flavor was OK, [not better or worse] than others, my last trip to this branch (Clearwater& Columbia, Kennewick WA)
I love the #7 sandwich it's very tasty and of course I get the big monster sandwich so I can have it for a couple of days. Living in Pendleton, Oregon we don't go to tri-cities often but for doctors appointments, so we often go to Jimmy John's and bring it home for dinner.
I generally like Jimmy Johns sub and this was no exception, except they forgot the spicy on my Spicey Italian..... no peppers...what?
I asked for no onions and no peppers, but what I got was a sandwich chock-full of onions and peppers.Is it me or...? Does no one strive for excellence? The funeral dirge is playing for the work ethic.
Always have quick and efficient service! The food is really good and is a great place to grab lunch or a quick bite to eat.
First time eating at Jimmy John's. Staff was awesome, caesar wrap was good, chips were good, I love their crushed ice! I'll be back when I'm in the mood to try one of their subs.

Food is great, but not always freaky fast, lol. I’m waiting patiently for 15 minutes in the drive and still haven’t ordered. The line isn’t moving. Not the first time either!
