I used to love this location, however I order over the phone to have my lunch/ dinner delivered. Last order on 11/05 the person said we are staffed, I said no problem just get it here when you can. 3 deliverys later still not correct.I understand being short staffed as I have been in Customer Service for 38 years. However, after numerous phone calls the Manager on Duty informed me they would be credited my account for the amount of $26.08 . The breakdown included a $5 tip. As we all work for a living. She also told me that "just consider what you did get on me" . Even though it wasnt correct.I have still not received a credit to my account. I will NEVER purchase anything from any Jimmy'Johns again.

I buy sandwiches for my husband who is a delivery worker many times a week because he only wants Jimmy Johns. I’ve earned rewards from buying so many times and I usually shop at the pasco store. And this store said they couldn’t find my information anywhere when I showed them my email. So instead of telling me what I could do to make it right, they gave me every excuse why it wasn’t their fault. Then their credit card machine wasn’t working and I had to use 2 cards 4 times. And the kid at the front asked me how you manually put the card number in. And then 3 people who got there way later than me got their orders first. They had my order just sitting and never brought it to where they give you your order. I was there for 30 minutes. I am never someone who writes reviews, but this experience was really frustrating and no one seemed to care. It made it so I will never go to the Kennewick Jimmy Johns store again.
Nice and clean. Was waiting for my dial a ride. Kept cool with a drink while waiting.
72 minutes to get a couple sandwiches on a Sunday evening...freaky slow. The sandwich was very good though. Service at this location is routinely poor. Needs new management.
I just ate the best lettuce wrapped turkey sandwich, I think I've had!! ? Seriously, who doesn't like any of the sandwiches that you've had there? Great food, outstanding service!! Hungry for a sandwich, this the place!! ????
Besides the awkward experience ordering my $16 sandwich, THIS PLACE WAS A RIP OFF AND IF I EVER GO BACK ITLL BE TO SET IT A FLAME!!
Slowest Jimmy Johns on the planet. Waited over 15 minutes for a simple sandwich. JJ usually has them made by the time you're done paying.
We stopped for lunch on our way home. Our sandwiches were almost all lettuce. My sisters sandwich was a BLT and the bacon was nonexistent. It was lettuce and bun.
