I didn't get asked for here or Togo. There was one guy cleaning everything outside. Music in guest area was plenty loud. But the music from the kitchen was louder. It was hard to eat with both kinds of music going at the same time. Bacon ultimate cheeseburger looked like it was Bacon but very hard to chew through. ? I still ate it due to I was starving. But it was rough to get through.
This place should have been closed down a long time ago, i don't know why it's still open. I ordered online and choose pick up inside, when i arrive at the store the doors are closed and i cannot get in, and there was no notice or something that would at least inform the customer of what's going on. Now, when i finally was able to talk to an employee and ask if they can at least put a notice outside, the employee just straight up told me that "no we're not gonna put a sign" Just sad to see that they have an incompetent employee and they did not even know about it. I guess maybe that's why they have such a bad review?
Very rude chick at the window, she over filled drinks, got one wrong, then when she fixed it she filled the cup all the way up with ice till the lid barely closed. Went in for a refund. The “manager” on duty then was also very moody.I’d suggest staying clear of this location unless you like jerks and worrying if they messed with your food!
Drive thru at 7:40am today, Horrible service I ordered a breakfast number one sandwich and I got a bacon burger terrible.
I'm not sure what is going on with this location. I actually haven't been back since the last 2 visits. I will purposely drive to a location that is further away. There is no friendly greeting at the drive through and when you get to the window the employee just hands you your food with a grumpy attitude. No acknowledgement, no have a good day. I know it's fast food and a customer service industry but there is no sense of the words customer service.
i had went in there right now to get my family food i checked my food they messed up my order they said they fixed it cool went back home they still messed it up and it’s not even fries or anything small it’s 2 different burgers their always messing up the order i think one of the guys is high there or something poor customer service
It says dine in yet i cant dine in at all they keep the doors locked i walked there to save some gas kind of irritating
Well....they forgot the cheeseburger!!! Was there just a bit ago. We checked bag but only to make sure the ranch we paid for was in it. Not a Big order either!! AND NOW, we CANNOT get through on the telephone!!! Busy signal!! Ridiculous!!
Pulled up to the drive-thru at 9:45 pm and they told me they were closed. Sign says they close at 10 p.m. Typically, stores, restaurants, fast food places and similar businesses close at the time they are supposed to, and they help the customers that arrive before closing time, even if it’s minute before. Maybe I should contact corporate to let them know this store is turning clients away 15 mins before closing. No wonder they have so many bad reviews.
Showed up tonight at 9:49pm to order on the drive through and the guy told us they close at 9:50. I asked if that's on the schedule or if he just wants to close at 9:50 and he said that's on the schedule yet all the signs have it scheduled at 10pm. Your job is your job no matter how mediocre it is.
