Went to the drive thru on my way home from work. Didn't feel like cooking so decided to grab a burger. Ask for it to be made without onions. I even repeated it like 3 separate time throughout my order. Got my burger and low and behold it had onions! I walked in and let them know the situation. They obliged, as I over heard an employee tell another in Spanish to just wipe them off it's no big deal. Guess they thought I didn't speak fluent Spanish. Lol I played dumb and took the food, come on was hungry so EFF it. But yeah this location is bad. Don't go there. Find another location.
It took very long for employee to greet us at the drive thru menu stop then when me and my boyfriend ordered we ordered a large number two meal with extra fries and a siracha sandwich and a lot of buttermilk ranch. The number two meal was supposed to come with a coke but upon tasting, we knew we got a Dr. Pepper with no communication given about why or what was happening. They only gave us a singular butter milk ranch without, again, communicating if we could have multiple ones or not. Terrible customer service and experience. We sat at the window because they failed to communicate to the car in front of us how to pull up and wait in the parking lot for food to be ran out to them, just no communication skills at all with the night crew it seems.
Bad service, and the food was cold. We waited in line for twenty minutes, they lied to us and told us they couldn’t make an item the definitely could, sheer laziness I assume. Additionally they were out of something that came with my meal and asked if I would just be okay with getting nothing as a replacement. Will not be returning.
Dear God save yourself an aneurysm and headache and do not go to this Jack in the box anytime after 10:00 p.m. . What is normally a struggle and a process most of the time anyways is seizure-inducingly upsetting after the sun goes down and the employees that hate their lives and their jobs clock on. If youre a doordasher there is no hope for you and my heart goes out to you. Ugh ugh ugh
Jack-In-The-Box's Breakfast Burritos are the BOMB...any time of the day...Bacon, Sausage, ham, egg & cheese all rolled up in a warm flour tortilla...yum, yum ;)
How in the world does this place stay open when they have nothing you want no spicy chicken patties no dr pepper no sauces wait for this one THEY DIDNT HAVE ONIONS!!!! how is that possible never coming to this place again smh
I didn't eat. My friend had a chicken sandwich. Water was free. It was a big cup also. Not one of little kid cups.
This is absolutely horrible the sausage patties you couldn't even cut with a knife they were so overcooked the fries were cold the sandwiches also cold and not even fully put together. This jack in the box makes all the jack in the boxes in pierce and king counties look like 5 star restaurant's. This is just the worst!!!??
Used the drive-thru on this visit. Drive-thru can get pretty busy at times. The staff seems to do a good job at keeping the line moving. Food always comes out hot and fresh and usually as ordered only problems seem to be with extra sauces getting forgotten. The staff is friendly and helpful have been here many times and never had major issues. Will continue to use this location
Waiting in a long line. Ordered 3 shakes. The machine isn’t broken, they are capable of serving us. But they refuse to make them because “they’re busy” ?!? Still stuck in the line for nothing because we only wanted shakes.
