Always a treat to go here I'm glad we have one close. They don't have the stuffed French toast anymore which I am bummed about but still yummy items.I wish people wouldn't complain about dinner menu it is a breakfast restaurant after all !!!!

They really need to work on their dinner menu. I realize they are known for breakfast food but if you serve dinner you might want to make it edible. The onion ring appetizer was horrible and the chicken strips were burnt. Not a good day to go to IHOP.

Finally tried IHOP for the first time ever. Was NOT impressed and most likely will not return. If I'm paying you to provide me a good (not decent)but a good meal you'd best do it right the first time. I'm not talking even awesome food since these kinds of restaurants rarely are capable. BUT. First thing we noticed was the parking lot was packed, so felt like we were in for a fantastic meal. Really? Could that be possible? Walked in, packed. YAY for us, food must be awesome! The waitress had sweat poring off her like rain. I felt right then we should leave. But she was very friendly, so, bless her, she's overworked at the rush lunch hour. Ordered steak and eggs (O/E), no choice if we'd rather have potatoes or toast, forced to take the hotcakes. Vegetable omelette w/toast. A side of french fries and fried potatoes. Wait. Wait. Wait. Food arrives. Toast is burnt like a charred piece of wood. Eggs over easy are fried with the yolk hard and the whites with crispy edges. YUCK. Both sides of potatoes were a total RIP OFF! Like a hand full from a small hand no less. Over salty. The steak was cooked well done as ordered but tasteless. Only 'decent' thing was the vegetable omelette. We basically halved the omelette, halved the steak(with lots of sauce) and had a few bites of the chocking dry hotcakes and left incredibly dissatisfied. We aren't "Karens/Kens" so we did not fuss because I feel the best way to make a statement is to never waste a dime in a place that is mediocre. Who in their right mind sees burnt toast and thinks it's edible? How is it sooo many things in one order came back so messed up? The message I got is they just don't care about customer satisfaction. So be it. I cannot see how the place was so busy except to say coming from a large city where great food is a must, otherwise people move on, no time to waste eating yuck food and worse paying for yuck food. Thinking small time folks settle way too easily. That or they've never had really awesome food and service. I'll take Shari's, Denny's or even Original Pancake House (none great but none as bad as this place) any day. Denny's is another place that's as stingy AF with the fries. Dairy Queen too. So if you're ever in the mood for french fries pass on these two. I guess when looking for a tasty and filling breakfast, food prepared as requested we'll stick with Shari's.

Worst breakfast ever had in this place started bad from the beginning got cold hasbrows got a drink with someone else lips on it they forgot my daughter's pancakes they charge me for the wrong pancakes they told me corporates number is on my receipt I only see the survey number I hope corporate sees this post and contacts me

The dinning room was nasty and the chicken tenders with the waffle and chicken meal were burnt and looked like the chicken fingers from Burger King, the hot chocolate was Luke warm at best will not go back to this nasty burnt food restaurant again, maybe if you change the oil once in awhile and had people who new how to cook and keep it clean then maybe we would come back but no way anytime soon

service was slow , but busy. Good food.

great service, not expensive for 4

The food was great but service was awful. I called on the phone to order to go, I was put on hold for 15 min and they never came back by then I was there and called again and placed my order and said I was out front at curbside pickup, he said it would be about 10min we waited 20 then went In and found out that the order had been up for quite awhile but no one told them we were waiting in curbside pickup.

My son took me there for brunch and it was great. Fantastic service. They were prompt in seating us and waiting on us. They kept our drinks full. The food was great. Since I don't eat bread or potatoes they let me exchange them for a salad. Their Spicy Poblano Omelet is so good!

Great service and food. Staff was awesome and smiling the whole time, even though they were super busy. They even ran out and brought us the grandkids Christmas cards we forgot on the table. Outstanding!
