The food, the atmosphere, the service were all amazing! We got the Pirates feast to share with another couple, fried okra, clay chowder and the lava cake with ice cream for dessert.
Skeptical at first because it’s new to the area. Really nice atmosphere inside and a covered patio outside with heaters! We shared a couple boils between the 4 of us and it was delicious! Be ready to eat with your hands and get a little messy! We anticipated taking leftovers home but we’re able to eat it all!
My friend and I have been here once before on their soft open with limited capacity and everything was great that time and this time server was attentive but not over smothering which is nice would notice if we needed something and checked in food was great I had way more than I could ear my friend had a po boy and was happy with his salad as well food all tasted great I had fun and will be back for sure only complaint I had was I couldn't finish off my two pieces of crab leg left and my 1/4 of my lobster tail left as I was very full but awesome thank you so much
Great Service, and the best fried scallops I have ever had, and the clam strips were great too. The seafood was fresh, very lightly coated so you could really taste the seafood and cooked perfectly. I did not care for the clam chowder recipe they have, but it was cooked just right too. Wow! Love this place.
Blinding light from the front entrance meant I spent a lot of the time shielding my eyes rather than enjoying the atmosphere, which is actually quite nice, when you can see it. So, best not to go around sunset. The seasoning on everything we got was great, however it was sadly hidden beneath ludicrous amounts of greasy breading. The calamari for instance was perfectly cooked, buttery smooth texture that melts in your mouth, but by the time it makes it to your mouth, most of the thick breading has fallen off into the sauce or on the table. Considering the amount of grease in the food, it would be helpful to have something more substantial than tiny brown fast food napkins. The staff was friendly and helpful, though there was one male staff member doing a lot of touching on the much younger female wait staff, so they should watch that.
The food was pretty good. A nice addition to the tri cities area. The menu is kinda confusing. There is an option for individual things such a crab legs, options for boils, or individual baskets. The price was spendy at $200 for 5 people. We had 2 appetizers, 4 drinks and only 3 entries. The service was nice and we heavy enjoyed the entertaining tablecloth.
Went to hooked tonight and had fantastic food, drinks and service! The manager was making rounds ensuring everyone was taken care of, the busser/assistant was friendly and made sure things were picked up in a timely manner and our server was a peach.Honestly though, the busser, Andre, he made our night memorable. He was so polite and attentive. I asked him a few questions about his life and he told us about how he’s working hard to turn his life around. We had a good conversation about not giving up and about how he’s going to make it and do great things. I am so happy that Hooked would employ someone that doesn’t have a squeaky clean past in order to give them a future.Thank you for the wonderful evening.
Had our first experience here today for lunch. Kayla our waitress was great. Good atmosphere and the food was good and fun to eat. Messy but fun. They provide everything. A++

We bought dinner, tonight, at Hooked Seafood Boil & Bar on Gage, near Columbia Center Mall. You order the food you want and they drop it all in a vat of boiling water, cook it all together and serve it in a big bowl. You have choices of flavorings and spiciness. Our choices were Garlic Butter and no added spiciness. We got ours to-go, so we brought it home in a big sealed plastic bag! ?(Note: the website says curbside pickup, but I had to go inside to pay and to get my food.)The restaurant is only seating 25% capacity right now, and every employee that I saw was properly masked. I thanked the person, who helped me with my order, as well as the manager, who came by while I was there, for their masks. The crab was fresh, and the shrimp was peeled, and the rest of the meal was good.100% recommend.
