Never ever going to this place again their food is nasty their milkshakes their papaya milkshakes all the milkshakes are bad. They went bad they taste bad they smell bad I will never go again. I got sick I started throwing up just because of their shakes that I don't know if it's their milk if it's the papaya whatever it is. I will never go here again. I've been having a stomach ache since I had that sip of that papaya milkshake and then I call back and they tell me it's not a papaya shake that it's a Mamay shake, I don't care what kind of shake it is I'm just telling them that it's bad and they are rude as can be.
I used to work at this place for almost a year. I left because I was being harassed by coworkers due to my pregnancy. Their stuff is pretty good but customer service is not good at all, ever since they changed management. I went there to get ice cream for my kids on Tuesday around 5 and there was a lady in front of me wanting to order, the cashier was talking and didn’t notice we were waiting. Cashier goes ahead and gets the lady’s order and acts like I’m not standing there and walks away to keep talking. Stood there for 5 to 10 minutes with my kids and left. Disappointing.
My wife and I absolutely love this place. Everything on the menu we have ordered is so good and the price is fair. When you walk in, the store is beautiful and the employees are all smiling having a great time. I highly recommend

Don’t go there !!! , I ordered birria and it was so so salty , it wasn’t enjoyable at all , and I’m not a porson to complain about stuff , but wow it was horrible. Then I ordered tacos de lengua and it tasted like nothing ITS THE LAST TIME I GO THERE and I didn’t get a refund.
I really liked this place until me and my hubby ordered 2 corne in a cup with hot Cheetos but when we got home the chips were nasty and stale, it didn’t have the hot sauce with ordered with it. We called and talked to a lady who was nice and said we could come in for a replacement at a different date. Which was great! We were happy with that. Fast forward to us getting a craving for it and we stop in and tell them the story and we should have 2 free ones and she has no idea what we were talking about and out name wasn’t put down for anything. She told us to come back the next day to talk to the manager but I’m not gonna waste my time going back when I just made the trip there. Needless to say I went down the street to order my corn cups from a different business. I’m not gonna spend money at a business that doesn’t honor there Commitments to their customers

I don't make it into Kennewick often, but I always make a point to have lunch here when I do. Super clean, great prices, huge delicious portions, and unbeatable selection of Mexican goodies in here. Service is great too. A++
I worked here for almost a year, I was there before they had actually opened up. I was there when the owner Jesus would go and show us how to make the antojos. My last visit Yasmín told me that some items were a extra charge because that doesn’t come with the superloco. When I checked on DoorDash the items I wanted come with the superloco so I’m confused why she made me pay extra . Also the cashiers never listen and never charge me for what I want .I only try to go when Angelica (Amy) is there . I feel like she knows what she’s doing and never messes up on orders . Also I see her running back and forth helping her slow coworkers . Get more people like Amy !
