I got off and ordered at the window. It was rush hour so I thought it to be faster.I WAS WRONGThey assisted every single car before they got to me. N the drink tasted nothing like how they typically make it.
Terrible Experience. The workers were very unprofessional and rude I asked for whip on the kids straws this is how we always get it for my daughter with the window up the one gentleman ask the other for help how to do it and he states “I don’t get why it’s absolutely stupid” the rebel was not mixed right there cream was curdle up the Pasco location knows how to mix the cream in the right way. Overall will not return or recommend this location to anyone

Incredibly slow. Took 17 mins to get one rebel. The guy at the window is apparently asking everyone their life story. Avoid this location if your time is worth anything to you.
Normally I don’t have a reason to leave a review rating this low but today I went asked for one of their holiday drinks called the peppermint bliss (bliss is the soft top and sprinkles) without the soft top extra thick, well I’m glad that I have my own peppermint at home cuz there was no peppermint or bliss at all in this drinkWent back and the only thing they changed was the put the soft top with sprinkles on it still no peppermint and I didn’t even want the soft top to begin with
